We bought a couch there couch was great, took a very long time to get purchased and store was very hot in store. I set it up for delivery called back before delivery and made sure was going to be delivered on day we needed they said would not be an issue. But two calls later no delivery could be made because of new delivery service. We ended up driving an hour to pick up couch and another hour and a half to deliver. We were reimbursed but was a ordeal we shouldn't of went through that is why delivery was so important to us.

It was a swift and smooth transaction. Josh was very knowledgeable of explaining how the insurance on our new couch works. No long wait. They also helped us to load the new couch in our pick up. The only thing is, it was hot in the store, I wish they have better air circulation inside. Thank you guys!
