First of all Allstate has the full range of insurance products such as extended warranty coverage.Second of all the local office run by Ron Henderson has great service and offers annual policy reviews which I have used to make my policies more efficient which saves me money. I have used Ron’s office for about 5 years and I don’t want to switch.

The Henderson agency saved me over $5,000 per year after I switched from Liberty Mutual. Jenna was incredibly helpful when I first reached out to them in response to a flyer I received in the mail.

Last renewal period they raised my premium by $40 and blamed it on inflation. Well this time around they raised it by another 40 and did the same thing. They started out okay but these people have become real con artists. Might I add that since I have been with Allstate I've had zero accidents so there should be no reason for it to go up that much even if you do believe the story of inflation. Absolute shame on this company. As soon as I can find a cheaper insurance I will definitely be switching

I was with this insurance company for the past year and for the first six months they were nice and answered any question I had. After I hit the six month mark they tried raising my bill without notifying me thankfully I caught it in time we were able to move my premiums around to get me to a lower amount but it wasn’t where I started. Then a few months later it got brought up again without notifying me, and then it happened another time at my one year mark again with no explanation or warning, when I called was told that policy price is changed and that there would be nothing that they can do and then I should bundle my home and auto so I do that get the estimate and it was going to save me maybe $8 out of the $50+ that it was going to be raised a month. So I found another insurance Company that day called and notified Allstate that I was canceling. They let me know that I would have a balance which is understandable because I had to use them for that month and I said OK thank you for notifying me is it OK if I pay it towards the end of the month when I get paid. I was told yes and that I would even get a bill in the mail. I checked my account two weeks after and they have pulled the amount out. Whenever I called concerned about the payment because now my bank account is negative I was told by Anna that since I authorized automatic payments with them that they have the right to take the money out and that I should’ve been told that the money was going to come out. Every time I tried to talk to Anna she just raised her voice a little and kept talking over me. I ended up just hanging up the phone because I felt so disrespected and not listened to. Like I said this place started out great. Then changing my policy price happened multiple times without notification and I wouldn’t have noticed simply because I have the automatic payments. The people I have dealt with have always been super nice and then something changed, it seems like no one wants to explain anything to you or let you talk and one thing you hear from one person can be totally different than what another person tells you. No one is on the same track. So if you want to pay a totally different price than your quoted six months after your agreement choose this place. You’ll get a surprise in your bank account every few months when they pull out different amounts.

Love working with this office, always helpful. I recently had questions regarding my new policy increases Lindsey was great explaining everything to me. She also offered me things that could give me discounts, like safe driving courses, drive wise, and bundling. I always know they are just a phone call away.

Worst. Place. Ever. I never had any issues with the previous agent until I was handed off to this office. There is no communication, no accountability and definitely no customer service. I have bank statements, and call logs but they can’t ever find the recording of the call or when you called so you will always be at “fault” because they can’t “locate” the proof. My payment was manually processed with a fee, and they still can’t tell me who dropped the ball. This office is a joke. Don’t waste your time. Get your money’s worth elsewhere.

Not very helpful can't believe that they can't get the information out of their own insured but State Farm can get all the information just by the first name and phone number I don't know what kind of system you guys got but it wasn't very helpful

I've had my auto insurance, renters insurance, and life here for a couple of years and I love it! I had an at fault accident for the first time ever and it didn't even increase my rate because i have the Gold package. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Best insurance folks I ever had!
