Breyanna and staff were great. They explained the process very thorough and were very patient with me while looked for my documents. Sheena even helped me navigate my work portal to help find my paystub to show proof of income. Johnnie even offered refreshments while we waited to complete the process. Lluiva Was also very nice and helpful making sure that I had my correct identification. All around a great experience.

Johnny C. is amazing. He’s professional, kind, and has excellent customer skills. I applied for a loan online and was denied. But I didn’t give up; I called Advance America and Johnny advised for me to visit the store. He walked me through the process & within a few minutes he was able to get me approved for a loan. If you need help with anything visit Johnny and tell them Natalie sent you! ?
