Great & friendly service. I spoke with Brandon over the phone. He is very polite and very friendly and helpful, he was able to make an appointment within 3 days of my phone conversation with him to have the furnace in my trailer house looked at. Rusty Williams was the technician to come check things out for me. He was very polite and friendly. He explained everything to me as he was checking the systems out. He told me what my options were to fix the issue. I highly recommend this company. I have known the owners for almost my entire life. They are very upfront and honest. Thank you Brandon and Russell for your expertise.

Very pleased with the service. Rusty was great to work with and a great communicator. Got my ac cold again and the price was very reasonable.

I am going to start off as this. I am very nervous to let people in my home but the minute I met Joel and Billy and the other guys. They were so professional and amazing people. They were knowledgeable and definitely knew what they were doing. Joel made sure to keep a positive attitude and Billy was the one to make sure it all was going well all the guys worked so hard. They work effectively and efficiently.
So watching them and talking and they had a sense of humor and made their job a fun job but they all got a long together and worked as a team. I felt right at ease. Joel kept our house from the mess it could been and I was so worried about having a big mess. Thank you Route 66 HVAC Mechanical for doing a job well done. Great customer service

Great customer service. Had our entire upstairs HVAC replaced. Could not be happier. Rusty Williams did a great job and cleaned up and vacuumed in side and out. Our new HVAC runs 1/2 the time. We were offered financing which was great to have as an option if an emergency happened.
They will be doing my downstairs system next.

I did an add on to the house they were the only contractor that had no issues no excuses. The other contractors were a train wreck as usual. They left extra return air filters and no extra undiscussed costs unlike the other contractors.

Rusty does a professional job,always observing everything wrong with the unit before working to make sure no other issues are made on the unit. He goes through a double and/ or triple checks the unit to run smoothly before going work on another unit.
