We stopped here when having an issue with our ford. We found out however that this location is no longer a Ford dealer as of January 2023. They still helped us, troubleshooted our problem and although we couldn't replicate the issue, they put our mind at ease and we were in our way. Very nice folks here and a charming down town.

Tommy Williams in the service department is truly AWESOME! He knows his business and is a professional service person. He has found parts for us when our body shop told us they could not be found. Tommy had the part in for us within the week. Other times he has helped service our vehicles and has given us the most courteous service. He makes getting parts or servicing your vehicle completely painless! Mainer Ford is a great place to buy, but also a great place for service after the sale. They are lucky to have Tommy in their service department!

Jim R. is the best!! We're from out of town and broke down about a mile from Mainer Ford. Jim and the rest of the phenomenal employees were able to get us into the service department THE SAME DAY. Everyone we met was kind, hospitable, and exceptionally competent. We are thankful for Mainer Ford!!

With new ownership and mostly new staffing this place has really turned around. Great guys to work with, helped me get into the perfect truck. We worked on pricing extensively and got it to where I needed to be. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great vehicle at a great value..

This dealership was completely worth the trip from Houston Texas to purchase our Expedition. Joseph Bishop our salesman is honest, friendly, and takes care of his customers. The entire staff from the finance team to the sales manager are top notch. This truly is a "hassle free" dealership that cares about their customers. If you are looking to buy a car or truck, give them a call!
