This place is a complete scam!!! We got their " monopoly game flyer" we won one of the games , we got three houses in a row , we read the fine print it was all legit until we drove 45 minutes to claim our $1000 prize only to betet with a smirk and 2 one dollar coins , only to be told if we wanted to win anything to go play the Powerball .... But if we wanted to take a look around their lot ( super trashy used cars) we were allowed . Be Ware of this scam ... And who knows what this sad lil town used car lot might try and pull in the future.

This is a review based upon both the Service Department and the Sales Floor. I visited Crown Auto World for service to my Ram pickup. The staff at the service center were great to work with and the needed tsk was completed in a fully satisfactory manner. While I was waiting for my truck, I wandered among the new vehicles and saw a Ram 1500 that I liked. Over the next few days, I drove by several time to take a peek. Finally, I stopped in simply talk to them about the vehicle. Tony Greenwood helped me with the visit and I was even visited by the sales manager. These guys were really great. Let me say it again; they were really great. I bought the truck at a very pleasing price and, here is a plus. Yes, they washed the truck and had it ready for me to finalize, but unlike any dealer I can remember working with in the past, they filled the gas tank. Five Stars from me.

Tony and John are great to deal with. We were very specific on the truck that we wanted and they ensured all our needs/wants were met. We have purchased several trucks from them and have always been satisfied. One feature on our new 2024 Longhorn Mega Cab is the auto leveling; for hooking our large living quarters up this is an amazing addition to this truck. Highly recommend Crown Auto World in Bristow!

I took my truck in to get my ac repaired
Thought it neeeded a new compressor so ended up just needing a power switch they still charged me the same price as a compressor replacement and after a week my ac no longer worked so go back up there and they said oh we need to change the seals and all that which they said they already did so they did didn’t charge me for anything but the Freon refill so another 1-2 weeks go by whole time ac quit getting as cold as before call up there today and the guy says I’m just trying to get stuff for free. No I want it pressure tested and the compressor replaced just like I said the first and second time I came in that way I don’t have to keep taking days off work and bumming rides to get something that should’ve been taken care of the first time I was up there. Seems like they see a young guy who they think they can milk for cash. Each time they told me it was pressure tested so the solution was we will be able to find the leak if we pressure test it again so not ever coming back here for service
