Not sure why the dealership requires you to use their financing. If you don't, listed price on car goes up 1,000 dollars. Wow! You guys need to find a better way to be competitive in this space.

I had 3 sensors to go out and it took several days to get in, my truck was there like 8/9 days which I totally understand the people would call and let me know what the issue was and when they expected the parts in overall a great service

Dylan was my salesman. He was extremely patient, professional, and honest. I also had the opportunity to speak with Chris, the sales manager, and Lucas, the General Manager. Both were extremely easy to talk to and willing to assist in anyway possible. I am happy to have done business with Mainer Auto Sales. Would recommend 10/10

Do not buy from them or you will end up with a lemon!
Here's the story:
In February, my spouse and I went to Mainer to buy a car. We ended up purchasing the Nissan Leaf that they had. The car was not fully charged when we test drove it, so they said to leave it, and they would deliver it the next morning. They did that. HOWEVER, when we got the car it said that the full battery was only 38 miles!!! It would not charge more than that. The charger they gave us for the car didn't work, and when we told them about the issue they said "no, no, the 38 miles is not the distance of the battery but rather..." some other excuse that I don't remember. They said so many times "we don't specialize in electric cars. we just got it because we thought it was cool." And then they tried to explain away all the problems. When we bought the car, we asked for something in writing saying that we could return it within a week if something was wrong with it, but we never got that email. Even though we asked over 4 times. We obviously wanted to return the car but we couldn't even drive it back to Mainer because it would have died!!! In fact, it almost died after I tried driving it to and then from work. I made it to a charging station with just 3 miles left on the car. They eventually picked up the car from our house.
So we got a new car from them, the Hyundai Veloster. We didn't bring either car to a mechanic, because our mechanic was in Tulsa. But they said we could have them look at it, and if it didn't work we could return it. So, we had the mechanic look at it after buying it, and it needed over $2500 worth of repairs that seemed to be "covered up." The check engine light went on the day after we bought it! Mainer said, we can help with some of the costs for repairing it. As if I hadn't lost all my trust in them. Also, why should I be responsible for any of those costs? They should have been repaired or mentioned at the time of purchase when we asked if anything was wrong with the car.
We called them to try to return this car, and they said we had to wait a week and a half because their finance person was on vacation.
We finally returned the car, but it was an absolute nightmare. Between the two lemons, and the fact that the car salesman took FOREVER to do anything, the manager who seemed annoyed at our frustration, and the salesman who was chewing dip the entire time (which is just disgusting), I would not recommend buying a car through Mainer.

I recently Purchased A 2006 Ford F350 with 145,000 miles from Mainer Auto Sales and within three months my vehicle has broken down four different times in which I had to pay out of the pocket three of those times until I reached out to use my extended warranty, which covered me for 24 month 24,000 miles took the truck into the Ford dealership Were they determined The IFCM Was bad they fix the problem, but said there were quite a bit of more things wrong and they were going to reach out to the extended warranty to see if they would cover the repairs. The extended warranty People ended up sending out an inspector, who then report it back to the extended warranty people that my truck have been modified, and that alone voted by warranty in fact, they said if they even knew of the modifications, they would not have covered the truck at all now I am stuck with a truck that doesn’t work that I have to make payments on and Mainer Auto Sales will not respond or answer my phone calls or if they do answer, they put me on hold and hang Up. I gave up my race car in which i’ve spent tons of money on for them to give me a truck that I can’t even use not to mention another vehicle plus cash money down now I’m stuck with the vehicle that I can’t even drive and all I’m asking for is help and no one is even giving me that not even a response !!!! SMH Definitely not the way to treat a customer
