My son is a trainer there. His boss Brandon, is really cool & nice. The gym is really nice too. Brandon also trains wrestling .and fitness trains people in Sapulpa as well as, Sand Springs

I Absolutely Love This Gym 24 hr access is my fav perk plus they have a tanning bed so this girl is Golden brown all year round!!! ???

Great gym with plenty of equipment and a friendly, knowledgeable and inviting staff. I recently rejoined and the remodel they’ve done has really brightened up the place and given it a new energy. Gonna have to try a training session sometime in the near future. Highly recommend.
