“The staff in the Bristow tire shop are excellent. I recently bought four tires with road hazard at this location. I had a problem with a slow leak on one and returned. The manager was very helpful on both visits and seemed to really care about customer service. All the other staff were helpful and friendly as well. Thank you!! “We bought 2 vehicles from Mainer at their Okarche location. Since they only have the Bristow location open, we were worried that having warranty work done would be challenging. They have gone way above and beyond to accommodate us and help in any way possible to not inconvenience us, even towing our daughters Escape from OKC to Bristow when her transmission went out and left her stranded at a stop light in OKC. They replaced her transmission with a brand new one and when we picked her car up, we were shocked to find they had DETAILED IT. It looked good as new again. All at absolutely zero cost to us (for the detail that is…we obviously purchased a warranty from them, thankfully! It saved us thousands of dollars). What a gem they are and we are thankful we purchased vehicles from Mainer!”
