Usps needs to look into their drivers in this area. More packages go missing and not delivered. Only lived in Blanchard for a year and a half. Can not get the right mail in my mailbox or packages. It's really disheartening when complaints fall on deaf ears when you call them. Excuse after excuse. Do better for everyone.

I work at the oreillys here in town and everything we order is returned to sender they do not even call us to let us know that it is there and we can come pick it up and we have to reorder quite a few orders over and over agin before we finally get it

It just makes me mad when we order things and the driver won't drive down our street so we have to go to the post office to pick it up. Give her a mail truck.

Whoever answers the phone is very rude and has no manners. They’ve lost 2 of my packages and didn’t even care when I called about the status of my second one. They were very rude and often hung up in the middle of my sentences, even saying that there was nothing they could do about problems they could easily solve. Just very unsatisfactory and unprofessional.

This is by far the best post office I have ever been serviced by! Thank you so so much carriers for your extremely hard, difficult, demanding job! You all are rock stars! I know you are out early in the morning, and I have seen you all out till late late at night. I understand people have no idea how hard your job is, but if they could walk a mile in your shoes they would understand! Also inside folks you all are so kind and knowledgeable and the manager does a great job running this office and it is obvious!

Travis was very good, he solved my problem in a matter of minutes! I’ve never had a good experience at that post office the people are always so rude and losing my stuff but Travis wasn’t rude and he found my package, a package that a woman said had already been picked up (she said that because it was closing time and wanted to go home). It was an expensive package that’s why I’m so glad Travis found it for me!!

Would give a half star if I could!!!My road gets deliveries from everyone except the USPS package delivery person. My road has been nice for a month but instead of driving the 10 ft it takes to see that they say “can’t deliver due to bad road”. Lazy liars is all I have to say! I was counting on that package as it contains things needed for my animals. Lastly. getting someone on the phone is impossible and the tracking number won’t even pull up so I can schedule a redelivery.

Not delivering mail to your house due to road conditions and then road is fixed but still won’t drop off mail to your house because carrier doesn’t want to drive around the curve. Now passport is sent back and I’m still waiting to have it delivered. Went to post office after getting tracking number from passport office to see if I could get it found and was told I’d be called later that day but wasn’t. I had to call 3 days later to find out I needed to call the passport office to get it resent. So NOT pleased with this post office.

This only gets 1 star today because there is not a for shame button. When does a supervisor(Shane) ever get the right to talk poorly to a customer. Not everyone is having a bad day Shane so don't share yours. I hope the nice lady that you almost made cry file's a complaint because I sure am.

The staff here were by far the nicest, helpful, and most efficient people when it comes to passports that I have come across. Through every minor problem we had they helped us find a solution and I could not be more thankful.

They do NOT deliver. My wife so anxiously waited for her custom drapes from Etsy for a week and couldn't get them delivered. She stood in line with quite some pain due to her sciatica only to get no explanation why they were holding her package.
