As a local pharmacy, they really take the time to answer questions and to ensure the medication is appropriate which seems to be lacking at corporate pharmacies. I use this pharmacy for myself and often prescribe medications to this pharmacy as an NP. The pharmacist and staff are always kind. They may be busy at times but what pharmacy isn’t.

The pharmacist Carson is picking and choosing what medications you get to have. I am fresh out the hospital after having a total hysterectomy and my doctor called in 2 different pain meds and this pharmacist is refusing me one of my medications.

The Pharmacist ****** plays God to peoples medication choosing what he thinks you should be given or taking. I was prescribed 2 different pain pills due to having a full hysterectomy Aug 3. This unacceptable behavior. ****** does not have the right to just choose which medication I am giving.

Prescription was suppose to be ready today. Wasn’t when my son went to pick it up. Then the pharmacist lied and said the medication was just called in today which is Tuesday. It was called in on Friday. Then he changed his tune and said it was out of stock till today. Very disappointed that I can’t get my medication on time.

Just wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Brandon at Red Cross Drug for above and beyond customer service! I needed a compounded med for my ferret; they didn't have one of the ingredients in stock so Brandon ordered it. Brandon monitored delivery of the ingredient closely and when it appeared it was not going to arrive before my current supply ran out, he contacted me to let me know then proceeded to contact several local area pharmacies to see who could fill it right away and then gave me a few options to choose from before transferring the prescription to another pharmacy. You don't get that kind of service from the chain pharmacies!
