Wait in the wrong line for snow cones and you’re asked to wait some more in the ‘other’ line. THEN they’ll be out of the size (and flavor) you want and UP-CHARGE you when you go to the next size. If they can get you to buy Jumbo because they’re out of large cups and charge you $5 for ice and syrup, why would they be in any hurry to restock smaller cups, right?!?

Terrible customer service. I go there about every other day to get a single drink and I pull into the drive through the lady rolls her eyes and goes “here we go again” and as she closes the window after handing me my drink she stated that she quote on quote “will never be able to get rude of me. It’s just rude and not something you should experience.

Go to pick up a pack of cigarettes at the drive thru, get one pack correct, the second pack incorrect, so the kid rings up my stuff and hands it to me and I say it’s wrong and refuses to fix the error and refund my card.

I love the snowcones but we sit in like for 30 minutes waiting for them. Even if there is only one car in front of us. Would appreciate faster service as we come here almost everyday for a snowcone.
