I went to get a full set of acrylics done for family pictures and everything started fine but the man doing my nails was being very rough and with the file, cut the skin on nearly all of my fingers to the point that some of them were bleeding. The man never really acknowledged the situation other than giving me shellac instead of regular polish for no upcharge. Along with that the nails are thick and uneven. I have never had that happen at a nail salon. I love supporting local but I won’t be coming here again.

This place is awful. Their work is hideous. If I could leave no stars, I would. Guy didn't listen to me and knew he had messed up.Service: Acrylic nails

Mom took me into get my nails done for my college graduation. They were able to get us in right away, and I asked for the swirly nails seen on tik tok/instagram. He was very rough shaping my nails. At some points, it was hurting so bad. These lines look like they are haphazardly put on, even though he had a reference photo. You can see some bubbles underneath them. The lines aren't clean. I've gotten these types of nails done before, and often had to be under the UV light at least three times to ensure opaque color. I was lucky enough to get a second coat on the black. Some of the lines have missing color. Cuticles weren't pushed back. There are raised bumps; the thickness of my nails nor do I feel like the shape are consistent throughout. They never once asked me if I liked the design, which I would've said no. I'm very soft spoken so it was hard to say anything. Afterwards when I was talking to my mom about it, I felt like they were just rushing to get small problems fixed but not my actually problem, which is the overall look of my nails. Took 20 minutes, and it shows. I'm getting them fixed somewhere else, and I won't be returning.

For being a small town nail salon they did an excellent job. Once the lady started she actually finished pretty fast and did a great job doing my DIP nail job.My only problem is the wait time for them to start my nails. I think next time I’ll make an appointment!

I arrived and they only had 1 couple there getting nails done. I did a pedi first and she seemed bothered because I only got the basic pedi instead of the $50 pedi. She didn’t speak to me, she was hateful, she was fast and sloppy with her work. I had to sit there and wait for an hour to get my nails done AFTER I WAS ALREADY FINISHED WITH MY TOES , because they kept letting others walk in and only had 4 people working. The guy kept over scheduling them all which caused all of them to be fast, sloppy, and rude ! I should’ve got up and walked out. Especially after how I was treated by all of them but I took it as a lesson learned to NEVER go back and not refer anyone there ! She complained about having to do the stones on my fingers, one hand is COMPLETLY different than the other, AND she left an ugly bump sticking out of the side of my thumb finger nail on my right hand. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL people. I wasn’t the only one that had issues or felt so mistreated there. It I could give this place a zero star, I would ! They’re not worth the money AT ALL.Services: Acrylic nails

I have used Kylie Nails for shellac manicures and pedicures for over a year. After my last $90 visit, my shellac began smudging off 5 nails within an hour. I understand things can happen and just made time get repair on those 5 nails (both toes and fingers) When I returned the next business day, my regular person was not there and they quickly began fixing the nails. I asked if it was the polish I picked and maybe should change colors, I was assured it was how the polish was applied. The nail tech made several comments about the low quality of my shellac. After I sat for 45 minutes to get their mistake fixed, the owner had the audacity to demand payment. I was shocked. The owner showed poor customer service and awful business practice. It is imperative for a business to stand behind their work. Sadly, I’ll move to another salon after this experience.Services: Pedicures

They are super rough, always leave cuts and scrapes and I leave bleeding. They also are very rude and unprofessional. They don’t ask what length or shape you want and just assume and when you correct them they get huffy and make a big deal about it. 0/10 don’t recommend ever coming here. 2-T nail salon is way better.Service: Acrylic nails
