Very unprofessional. I was told they would bring me propane after paying my existing bill of $300. I never received anything so I called five times leaving messages over a two week period and never got a call back. When I finally got ahold of the woman she said they could not bring it and hung up on me. So why tell me you’d bring it that week after I paid if you weren’t going to. Don’t recommend.

5 stars because they helped me out in a crunch!! Needed propane before the freeze, truck showed up even after being broke down for the day. Got me propane late into the evening. Prices are very competitive as well. The office lady was in contact with me through the whole process and helped keep my family warm when we needed it!!

I left 1 star because I had to mark one.. if not I wouldn't of marked any .. this place is horrible and the office lady (the owners wife), is very rude .. We will take our business else where.. THROOP PROPANE in Ponca City Ok is the place to go.. Wilson Propane no more words for u guys.. Derrick is friendly but his wife is ruining the Wilson Propane name ..
