I called this location after buying a farm in Oklahoma to have them come and pick up my Baler and fix it.
I called three times trying to coordinate and schedule a pick up. Each time I was told they would call me back because the manager has not made it in.
They have never bothered to call me back to date.
So, as fate would have it vandalism, I believe just took out, by fire my John Deere 5100 and my 15 foot batwing for a City project that I work on…I am buying a new John Deere 5100, a new batwing and the arm attachment for the loader…because I have no choice. BUT…I will NEVER buy anything from this business.
Sad for them…as I am very good customer.
I own a commercial mowing company of 25 years.
They are incompetent to say the least.
Beware buyers…they might talk the talk but they don’t walk the walk.

Clean big shop and showroom. Large parts department. Everyone there treats the customers with the utmost respect. Since it is a family oriented business, you may take longer than expected at P&K because you are having such a nice experience.

Always recommend p&k for your john deere needs. Had a problem switch go out today and luckily they were open on a Saturday and got mine. Life saver

Been in there 3 times to pick up parts for husband. The customer service at the front desk is horrible. They don’t reply when you talk. They just act like they didn’t hear you and like it’s an inconvenience to help you. I went in gave name and said “I need to pick up parts there should be 4 but possibly 6 cause husband was waiting for a call back to see if you had the other two” They said NOTHING, went back, got a bag put it on the counter and said is that all? Nothing about the other parts (which weren’t in the bag so I guess I was suppose to count parts instead of them answering about having them) They are not friendly AT ALL. If at all possible I go to another branch because of it.

Great place to get John Deere equipment. They don't have it on hand they will look for it. If they find it they don't charge extra for the service.
