Went to their drive through atm. Their machine shut down mid transaction keeping my card. Called they said they could get it out. The lady came and told me because I don't bank with them even having a matching ID they would not give me my card back and proceeded to say this is why you don't bank online because you young people don't have help from your bank if it's online but you can open an account with us!

I was a BancFirst customer for years, but recently the bank has been falling behind in banking benefits, and has now tried to screw it's loyal customers. They blocked my bank card because I tried to order food online, cutting off my access to MY money, causing my phone to be cut off, my autopay on my bills to be declined, causing me returned check fees. The people there were unwilling to help in any way, and the online banking line more or less told me "we don't like online payments, don't use them" as if they're in charge of my money. Me and my family have switched to Capital One for their early paycheck processing and great customer service, unlike this bank that doesn't want people using their money how they want. Switch and Save your time and money, this bank doesn't give a d**n about you

Very poor customer service. My husband called to ask a question and the lady got very rude with her answer. I was explaining that a fee charge was never explained to me when we opened the account, and she continued to be very smart and nasty with her answers. I naturally returned the rudeness which she did not like. If you opt out of having to paying one fee, you should then make the customer aware that they still will be responsible for a fee just for a different reason.

If you want to be screwed out of money this is the bank for you! They will take money from your account whenever they want and try and screw you any chance they get. Even when you don't have the money never use this bank. Even if you don't have the money in your bank oh well they don't care about their customers. I really suggest another bank any OTHER BANK!
