I have been banking with WSFCU Bixby branch since....at least 2002 or 2004. Absolutely HATE trying to make a deposit or withdraw money in person. Tellers are soooooooo slow, do NOT prioritize the customer standing in front of them (they talk on phone, instead of putting a caller on hold, they make me stand there and wait for their customer on the phone) (also, they do WAY to much non-sense with computer etc. when trying to make a withdraw or deposit, save that stuff for after I've left). Use to, back in the day, the branch was very friendly, and knew us by name/face. Now a days, it isn't like that. Other than dealing with them in person, as long as it's self serve, or online, I do not have any complaints. Just wanted to give some feedback, because it's so frustrating & annoying. Anyone else experience this, or is it just me?

I Am always happy with WSFCU bixby location. Has a small town feel, and when you call, they answer, not a robot!!

I went end to see about a loan. I have an account with them and thought about opening another. While I was waiting on someone to talk to me about a loan, I went to the counter to see my savings balance. The blonde hair lady far left was short with me and I felt rude. She cut the other girls off from speaking to me. I went in for my loan and told them I do not have a co-signer I’m doing this alone. I’m not far from 750 and no one could give me an answer except the cfo said you have to have a co signer. I understand that sir but why. No one took the time to actually care about helping me at my bank. I’m closing out my account and going with another bank. It’s so sad that most banks are going this way. Just a numbers and why are you even in here. Banking is do through drive through and apps. No you have my money I wanna talk to your face.

My experience ended well, but took way to long. First, I called Western Sun and talked to a loan agent named Lindsay Henderson about an auto loan. It seemed to be an easy deal, find the car, have the dealer send Western Sun the bill of sale and start the process. I found a car, had the dealer email the document at 12:40. The dealer called and emailed to verify the documents had been received, but didn't get an answer. Do, I called, I was told Lindsay was at lunch. At 2:00 I called again, now I was told she would be out of the building for an hour and a half. I waited longer. Finally, I called and told them to get a different loan agent to take care of me because, I was waiting at the dealership for to call me back. Then I was told she just left for lunch again. I then said I would get the dealer to fax the document and get anyone to do it. They said ok. Another 30 minutes went by so I called again. Several times I was put on hold and they wouldn't let me talk to anyone. So, I had to hold the car at the dealership until I heard from you guys. Finally driving home at 3:00 Lindsay called me and took care of everything. So, that took hours to take care of, not counting the stress of all the phone calls. What should have been a nice experience was awful. Also, my family and I have been members for years. We had many loans and savings accounts. I don't think I will get any more loans through Western Sun.

I've never seen a bank like this. If you set up a automatic payment for Their car loan the payment comes out Late and We get a late payment no matter how many times you complain to them and if you get THEIR gap insurance they won't pay it for 2 months so it dings your credit and they say - they can't do anything about it, Dont walk run from this place!

The Bixby branch is horrible. I opened my account at this branch and was treated poorly. They never ordered my debit card or my checks. When I asked them about they gave every excuse under the sun. They say they’re open on Saturdays until noon but they always lock the door at 1130. I refuse to use this branch ever again. The branch on Southwest Boulevard is amazing with much more pleasant staff!!
