Not sure why they have such bad reviews. Been going here for years, they never have attitude. Always nice and respectful.

Pull up to their window at 4:10 and asked for my pain medication for my two extracted teeth. Was told by some lady they didn't have it so I went to the one on Yale. Waited til 5 there and they only got me my antibiotic. The guy told me when I was at Yale they actually did have your pain medication. So I head back over. I didn't get my pain medication until 6:00 that's 2 hours after my procedure. and I called them out and they said go to Walmart then. Like yeah your damn right I will. Service at 91st and memorial bixby Walgreens was terrible. And then some other lady started opening her mouth trying to backup her coworker. Which is fair if their not completely in the wrong. Made me wait 2 hours for pain medicine that I desperately needed and was fighting pain for an hour straight after the numbing wore off. Just clueless, slow and rude. no consideration of the pain I was in. and then decide to recommend Walmart. Yeah I'll definitely be taking my chances there next time. Didn't catch their names but hopefully they're gone soon. Some old lady and some curly headed bitch

Walgreens at 111th and Memorial is a joke! Figure it out people. I don’t know if you need better organization or more people but you lost my script three times and today when you finally confirmed you had both of them you can’t find the one that’s ready and the other one is another hour so after waiting 30 mins in line I have to come back again. Do better! Be better!

It took them 30 minutes to wait on one person. They need to figure something out to speed service up.

Very poor service. Waiting for my medication for two weeks. Long lines at drive through windows. Long wait for phone call in service. Grossly understaffed for the work load in a very busy and heavy traffic area.

Pharmacy is closed on weekends because they chose to not pay a competitive wage to pharmacists. Instead they inconvenience their consumers that have built a billion dollar company and reward their executives at our expense. Those of us that care for elderly parents and that have been long time consumers deserve better or should take our business where it is appreciated!

Those of us that care for elderly parents and have to drive 30 plus minutes to fill prescriptions only to find the pharmacy is closed on weekends should at least have been given some notice... unacceptable business practice and should be addressed as certain medications are necessary . This is one of the busiest locations in Tulsa and I would hope they address it. I was nice to the poor kid up front and maybe he should be in charge of the store... no manager in sight!

Maybe it's not one Walgreens- maybe it's all of them. Maybe it's the folks available to work on a weekday- instead of oh, I don't know- stay home? The young lady asked me twice to spell my name. I finally pulled out my ID so maybe, she could see the letters (in case she couldn't read). She didn't like my attitude- refused to pick up my ID and read the name- so she went and got the you know, very busy educated professional RPh who thankfully role modeled critical thinking. I'll be switching to CVS.

Absolute worst service - 151st and Memorial location. There seems to be a lack of understanding in the importance of a medical prescription they just don’t care. Pharmacist is gone a lot and they can’t fill prescription or at least that’s what the technicians say, entire place shuts down for lunch, they don’t answer phones, standard answer is come back in 20 minutes and 5 minutes later you get text saying prescription is ready. Today, Doctor sent over prescription early this morning, went by this evening to pick up, told they didn’t have prescription, asked them to be sure, surprise they found it and yet again told come back in 20 minutes pharmacist is not here. If you need your prescription in a time sensitive manner do not use this location. We live in a rural area and this is the closest location but for our own health and safety we will be moving to another location farther away or to CVS. This isn’t a one time problem it’s clearly their standard service model with no regard for customer care and well being.
