Our mail always arrives in great shape. The woman who delivers our mail goes above and beyond! She has even dressed up as the Easter bunny and handed out candy to the kids.

Sad, sad, sad establishment. The young lady in the grey hoodie, hair in a bun, thick glasses and looked like she just rolled out of bed, you truly need customer service training. There was a FULL line of customers and not once did you offer to help the next person instead someone who had just walked in and went straight to you and you helped them?! What!! Rude much? There was a stinking line you could have offered to help. I am applaud you were allowed to show up at work looking like a 90s grunge fan. That speaks volumes of how management runs that place.

The only reason I gave this Post Office a star was so I could leave a review. It appears NO ONE knows what a certified mail, return receipt is at that post office. Twice I have sent certified mail through that post & never ever received anything back!

HORRIBLE - No one answers phones. Someone sent package from England & they gave me the tracking # . I did not receive a receipt and I was home ALL DAY!!

Actually, they deserve 0 stars. They are the worst. We have lived in the same house for a year and we are still getting 3 different peoples mail. Absolutely ridiculous. Now, they have a package that says a notice was left- not with us- and someone picked up the package yesterday at the post office- again, not us! I have had so many issues with the mail, it is like the DMV-- Incompetent people!!

Who ever delivers to the marquis on memorial apartments is the worst mailman ever. There is a 9 out of 10 chance they will put your mail in the wrong box this has happened so many times now it’s ridiculous.

There is a about a 50% success rate of me getting a package that is actually mine and undamaged. The other half of the time the package is MIA, or I get someone else's stuff, or they have left packages in the box that have temp sensitive medications with the wrong key to get it out and my meds sat in the box for days without me being able to get them until they brought out the right key (seriously). Sad. This is also the only post office I have ever gotten christmas cards a month late that were ripped open with the money/gift cards stolen out of them, in a "damaged packaging" envelope (yeah, right). On the plus side, the postal workers in the office are pretty helpful and have never done a bad job the times I have been in there, so it seems to be an issue specifically with a carrier on route in Bixby.

My name is John with Johnny Dreamdragon’s Fastlane Records. I have sent dozens of records through this post office and have never had a complaint from a customer of damage or undelivered records. I cannot say the same for other carriers, but for this I am totally pleased with their service. Thanks again for handling my packages with care and delivering them in the condition received.

I’ve come here about 4-5 times for various things and the staff at this post office are always very nice and efficient. I always have a positive experience at the Bixby USPS.

My last three packages shipped by USPS were are all marked as “delivered” but never actually arrived. Packages shipped with fedex, ups, or Amazon have all arrived perfectly fine. Called to inquire about this and was told that they were “sure the packages would arrive soon” but they never did.I honestly think there is some serious nail theft occurring at this post office.

Showed up early for a passport appointment by mistake. Rather then just taking care of me they said he’s taking his break at 9:15a and your appointment is at 9:30a and it’s 9:00am you will have to wait… it’s a 15min appointment just take care of the customer and be on your break when it’s over! Customer service anywhere is a joke especially here. Just sad truthfully.
