Self Storage in Bixby, OK

“We are overall happy with this place. the constant price increases over the last few years suck but there is that American greed(from every company)They take care of it well especially the bathroom and outside the outdoor units. Since I was there this last time though they've gone pretty downhill with sweeping and cleaning up the tons of spiders and bugs that are all over the outside of the units/hallways in interior climate control storage since they switched from simply self storage to Devon storage. Maybe need to spray or something?But....other than that the daily staff is MUCH nicer and pleasant to deal with(we like them) and they actually seem to truly care.I'm although concerned with the indoor climate control units.... while I was there in September/October 2023 I did notice it didn't work half the time I was there and I spent about 40-50hours there. Which isn't good....especially when we pay for climate control. The humidity and heat will ruin items that are paid for for this.If these things are rectified as some of my things were obviously ruined by heat(in an indoor climate controlled unit) I'll be happy to edit my comment as we are.... overall happy with the company”

“This is the best place I have ever seen they keep it safe with their surveillance along with other security measures it's always clean very well-kept and they more than willing to work with you when you get in a bind I speak from experience as we speak I have fallen pretty far behind and they don't call and hounding me or threatened to take my stuff all they ask is for me to pay as much as I can to get caught up this is by far the best place I've ever stored anything and I highly recommend it they've been nothing but good to meAndrew”

I kept forgetting to call to initiate my move-out when we no longer needed the unit so they took it upon themselves to initiate the process so I would not get billed for the following month. If I ever need another unit I will most certainly use White Hawk!”

“I was originally put off by this company’s lack of a website. I had to call and speak with a live person! And it was really nice! The company’s owner actually called me herself (quite quickly—within about five minutes!) and explained they’re a local family business and they do everything they can to eliminate costs—so the website was one of the costs they chose to eliminate. Considering I called every website I looked at, this made sense to me!!
