They have withdrawn my payment the last two months without my approval. Also have raised the rates twice for reasons I know not why. Have called to talk with person in charge and have not received call back. Would not suggest using their facilities. One star only because to post this you have to put at least one.

Best in the area. Price of unit is better than most and they are super clean and using technology that others are not. This is the best if you can find a unit!

This is the best place I have ever seen they keep it safe with their surveillance along with other security measures it's always clean very well-kept and they more than willing to work with you when you get in a bind I speak from experience as we speak I have fallen pretty far behind and they don't call and hounding me or threatened to take my stuff all they ask is for me to pay as much as I can to get caught up this is by far the best place I've ever stored anything and I highly recommend it they've been nothing but good to meAndrew

Nothing but good things to say about this place. Service is fantastic, and I love the convenience of using the kiosk at the office. I've recommended this storage facility to several people.

It's a nice clean and secure facility. But they punish the long term customers by raising the rent nearly 50 percent after the first year.Also, I just have a thing about never seeing anyone at a business that I'm paying over $120 a month.

Secure, affordable and great management. This place is awesome! The moving in and out process was incredibly simple for me. Management is extremely communicative and helpful, which was so nice during my time of transition. My unit was clean and there was never any outside traffic. Most secure tucked away location in bixby and still a great monthly price!! I love these guys and will use them again.
