Bunch of good, hard workers. Most reliable set of guys I've come across in Bixby. They were able to hook me up with a brake fluid service same day and one time I had them replace my windshield wipers and they topped me up on windshield wiper fluid to go along with it for no extra charge.

Always a good experience here. Nice people, good service, fair prices, timely. Only negative I could think of to mention is that the coffee ☕️ late in the day is a bit stale.

Worst oil change I could have gotten.
2019 Toyota Tacoma
Where to begin?
Wrong skid plate was removed and reinstalled finger tight.
Didn’t remove old crush washer.
Everything is SEVERELY over torqued
I used so much force to remove the oil filter housing that I rounded off my oil filter tool.
Reset my oil reminder to 6k miles instead of the factory recommended 10k
I will be without a vehicle because I’ve already drained the old oil and I will have to order another oil filter house tool in hopes that it does not also break.
Overpriced and underperformed.
(UPDATE) they replaced my oil filter housing and gave me a free oil change.
How it is possible to screw up every single part of an oil change PLUS other stuff. Horribly disappointed.

Randy really goes above and beyond. He is very friendly and looks out for customers. Provided me a rebate on some tires i purchased that wasn't even on the Robertson website. I appreciate his efforts to provide superior customer service. It keeps me coming back.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They tell you that you are purchasing one thing, and then when you have to use the warranty that they said you were purchasing, they say you never bought it. We were stranded on the turnpike for 2 hours waiting for a tow truck to take it to this location, while raining and a sick 14 month old. Thought that once we got there, we would be okay. That our day would get better. We shopped around for best price with warranty, which is why we went with Robertson Tire. Big Mistake!!!!We have had nothing but issue after issue. Bought all 4 tires 4 months ago, they keep going low or flat but they can't find any issues they say.Make sure you get every detail and check your paperwork. Money hungry and willing to lie to get it from you.
