I only gave a ONE star because, it won't allow you to give 0 stars.They are rude and inconsiderate!My original appointment was for Tuesday @5:30. She text me at the last minute and said she forgot it was her brothers bday. Could I please switch it to Thursday, so she could go. I was nice enough to say ok. Even though it was going to be an issue for me.She knows I work in Jenks and could run late. I told her it might be 5:45 because I get off at 5:00 and with 5:00 traffic. She said no problem. I get there at 5:40 ..and she had LEFT !Said she had to get home to her kids ? EVEN THOUGH...if she had stayed to do my hair. With a color, highlights and a cut. It would have been at least 3 hours. Because my hair is SUPER thick and down to the middle of my back ( and she knew this)I belong to a group that helps promote small businesses, especially woman. I will NOT recommend her because she is inconsiderate and lied to me.If she would have let me know in the first place that she would be unable to stay that late. I would have made an appointment for another time. BUT..she didn't even TRY to call me amd let know she was leaving !!
