We purchased a $7,000 plus couch approximately one year ago. I returned to purchase a Mavin table and chairs priced at $5,700. The salesman stated they are the lowest priced Mavin distributor in OK/TX, per the Mavin regional distributor. When asked if I would find it priced lower at another store he noted I would not.He stated they do not have sales nor do they provide military/law enforcement discounts. Haggard's furniture in OKC was $168 lower after applying their military discount. Today I spoke with the salesman at North Carolina, and I showed the Haggard's price. I then asked if he would be able to match their price. The gentlemen stated he could/would not do a price match. I pointed out that we had purchased a 7K+ couch in the recent past and we were returning to North Carolina to purchase a table, as well as, another couch and two chairs totallying more than $10,000 in additional purchases. The gentlemen stated he would not consider price matching Haggard's Furniture, which was $168 lower. Out of principle we, nor our famly, will no longer do business with North Carolina.

Working with this family business was the absolute best! The furniture selection was exceptional, the service was kind and personable, and the delivery was timely, clean, and professional. Quality furniture is a challenge to find, but North Carolina Furniture Mart delivered. Our family will certainly be repeat customers. Thank you all for such a pleasant and affordable experience!!

My wife bought 14 wrought iron pieces of outdoor furniture here a while back and we were happy with the store and the furniture, initially I was concerned because each piece was around $400, so maybe I was just tight and not sure if I needed almost $6000 dollars in patio furniture, but you get what you pay for and it is excellent.This year we refreshed our patio and decided we needed 2 more pieces so we went there to order them, they told us the line had been discontinued but the manufacturer had a new line that would work and they showed us a picture, so we ordered them, and yes like everything else the price has gone up. When they arrived they don't look anything like the original ones and are even several inches shorter, we tried to take them back and they refused to work with us at all, stating that we had seen a picture.Needless to say we won't go there again, nor will we recommend them anymore.

Very professional with no pressure buying. Sales person was very knowledgeable about their products. Business is clean with ample parking. They sell quality furniture. Will go back when we need more.

Debra was an amazing sales person and was great to work with! She knew exactly what we were looking for and helped us so much throughout the entire process. We were coming in from out of state so she sent us pictures of furniture pieces beforehand so we knew what to expect. They had a large range of furniture to choose from and we were able to get items very quickly. I couldn't have asked for any better service and will continue to recommend them!

We have ordered several pieces from North Carolina Furniture Mart and LOVE them!! The furniture is exceptional quality and the customer service is amazing!! They are extremely helpful and kind. NOT annoying like some other furniture stores in town. I will never shop anywhere else for furniture.-- I also want to echo another review that I read in regards to possible delays with furniture getting in. This is NOT NCFM's fault!! It is due to the supply chain issues that all stores are dealing with. We love NCFM!!

Love North Carolina Furniture Mart! Great company, excellent communication and customer service! The furniture is exceptional quality! I highly recommend!I did read on a few reviews in were people are griping about delays in getting their furniture. That is all supply chain issues and has nothing to do with any furniture store. All furniture stores among many many other industries are dealing with the same issues. To hold such issues against a small business is ridiculous and shallow. NCFM was up front with how long it would take to get our couches and chairs from the get go. Completely satisfied with our purchases!

My new favorite place!! People were very kind. You can look in peace. I've been everywhere and couldn't find much. When I walked in I was so surprised to see all the selection. Most beautiful furniture in town and can't forget about the quality. Also if you live in the Tulsa local area, delivery is $50. I mean you can't beat that!!

Update: My salesperson reached out to discuss my order further. It appears that the issue is with the manufacturer (King Hickory) - they don't proactively communicate with the furniture stores, and they are prioritizing newer orders where they are being paid more. Evidently the ottoman that I ordered last April is now being sold for about 50% more today!Ordered placed in April 2021 still hasn't arrived - missed 3 promised delivery dates.I get it that supply chain issues are causing all kinds of issues but this is ridiculous. When I followed up in November (after the October promised delivery date) they said that it looks like my order had been canceled and re-placed in June! Then they said my order would be in by the end of January. I called to check in February and they said April. When I called in April they said that the leather I ordered had been discontinued and I needed to select something different. I went in and selected a new leather and they said that the order would be in on June 11th. When I followed up on June 11th they said that the factory is really backed up right now.If you want to shop with this store I would say don't order anything - esp if you want to get it in in a timely manner.
