“I stopped off this past Friday to get my sons’ phone repaired. And with there being a few hiccups along the way (due to phone being older and naturally more problems) Riylee kept in constant communication with me. She let me know what they were doing and trying their very best. I picked up my phone today and absolutely excited that it’s fixed and like new!!! I am so happy i went to them. They are amazing!! “My wife and I were having major issues with another cellular company, not enough room here to go into all the issues but mostly lack of technical support or any help with our issues because we weren’t buying anything so no one would help us! We decided to change companies, enter Jimmy at Verizon. This guy knew everything there is to know about cell phones and cell phone plans! He took care of transferring all our numbers and got us a WAY WAY better deal than what we had with the other company. Jimmy gave us his direct contact, which I used because of a question I had, he answered the call and took care of my concern.”

“They fixed my wife’s Apple Watch screen very nicely. They quoted me two hours, and after four hours I called to check on it. They informed me that it was done, but apparently had forgotten to call me. So I took away a star for that. Plus I felt like it was very expensive to replace the screen on an Apple Watch. It cost $150some to replace screen, when I could have upgraded to the next newer model watch for $250. I felt like they should have communicated that. Prior to just doing the repair. My experience happened the week before Xmas. So I can only imagine they were completely slammed and overwhelmed.End of the day, they did what they said they would, and did a quality job (with warranty). It just took a few hours longer than anticipated, and I feel like they are a little pricy. I am still comparing things to 2010 though. So I could be out of line on the pricing.”

“We got to store early on a weekday and were helped promptly by Felicia. She was quick and knowledgeable on helping us activate a new phone and even suggested adding a number to our old phone for one of our children that had been using a Walmart prepaid phone. She showed us how we could save money by adding the old phone to our existing plan so we did. We will definitely be back to upgrade our other child's phone to the plan as well!”

“I went in just for a couple phone cases today and had the most delightful experience. They were extremely busy and the manager went out of her way to help me and make sure I got what I needed. I got the wrong size case and she realized my mistake and found the right size in the back for me. She was kind, efficient, and extremely helpful. If you go to this location, ask for Amber.
