I was at lowes in bixby on 06/04/23. I was looking for decorative wall planks. I found some marked $24.98 a box. I took 75 square feet of this product. I got to the register they rang up $60.00 a box. I said what they are marked $24.98 a box. The kid at the register said he couldn't go look. So I went and took a picture of the price tags on the shelf. There was not a tag for $60.00 anywhere on the shelf. I showed them to him. He said "so" $24.98 is not the correct price. I said I need to see your manager. A woman came over who I was told was the manager. She left and it was 15 min before she came back. I guess hoping we would leave. We had to either pay $60.00 for a product marked $24.98 or leave. We left and I called the store to t a lk to a manager, was hung up on twice. Finally talked to a guy named Shane. I'm not really confident that he was a manager either. He said that they just pit it in the wrong spot. I said it was marked $24.98 and there is no other spot in the store fore wall planks but there. No where was it marked $60.00. So the kud at the register was trying to argue with me like i was wrong. I told him that treating the customer disrespectful wont get you anywhere. Just another bait and switch just hopeing i would give up and pay the $60.00 for a product marked $24.98. I will never shop at lowes again and everyone else should consider that as well.

Lowes is our go-to for home "everything" inside and outside! Our visit yesterday entailed a search for yard pavers. They had a great selection of sizes and colors to choose from and we decided on a 24" square beauty! We can't wait to get them home and installed. Also, if you're looking for easy-peazy planters & hanging baskets already filled with colorful, blooming flowers, they have a great selection! I always enjoy walking the garden center to see what's new, what's in season, and what's on sale! And be sure to check out their discounted flower racks in the back of the garden center!

I want to know why Lowes offers dates and times for delivery if they do not honor them. I purchased a stove my first two choices for delivery were not available. I understand ... perfect ... so I chose another option ... 7 days ago ... I chose Sunday Sept. 4th between 8am and 12 pm. They call September 3rd @ 10:47, verify my info and advise 9am to 1 pm. Ok. My family Sunday funday starts @ 2pm Sept. 4th, all is ok. Check my phone @ 7:45pm September 3rd, to see if there is a better estimate of delivery time it's now between 2 and 6pm. Guess what I spend over $1000 for service and product. I get to cancel my plans .... ? ? ?

So we left the Tulsa Hills, for the last time. The cashier who answered the phone saw us, and had the young man on the blind aisle awaiting our arrival. If you are contemplating the Tulsa Hills store, do not, travel the extra few miles to Bixby. The head cashiers name is Shane, the young man on the blind aisle is Spencer.

We are always pleased with Our Shopping here. The Gentleman in Customer Service directed Us to alarms, & checking out with Cashier Peter was a breeze!

Had a grill we wanted to pick up. The one in BA was $17 cheaper but was out of stock. We were told they’d price match. We go to customer service, we’re told “Nope, it’s cheap enough!”

(edit) fast forward 2021 - not the most friendly cashier's especiallly when not only do they pull up your veteran status in the computer but show them your photo license that actually has your veteran status on it but they still come back at you with "hmmmm...." or "I'm not sure you're telling the truth" or "(looks at you for a full minute with a blank stare then somewhat reluctantly puts you down for the discount)" - is it because I'm a woman that you don't believe me?

Apparently the store manager don't need either money or his job...., the manager name "Chris" didn't look or seem concerned about we didn't get our order delivered, he just ask if we want to cancel the order because he couldn't promise the delivery day or time!! What an AH he have the audacity to tell me to have a nice day after he was very successful to pissed me off! I couldn't ever believe that Lowe's could be bad customer service like that since we have spend thousands of dollars on appliances, which btw are not cheap at all! I hope that Chris guy try little harder to keep his customer, I'm on customer service business and we always go the extra mile to satisfy our customers, he just didn't give a s....! Very disappointed!

Terrible customer service. Finally found an employee to ask a question. She was rude and acted put out. She answered my questions and her answers were incorrect.

Employees will not help customers, tell them where products are or show them. They want you to look it up on your phone and you figure it out. We asked 2 employees and both treated us terrible. Will not be back at Lowe’s, especially this location, again. Home Depot helps their customers!

I am outdone with the service my son and his father received today in this establishment. My son called the day before entering this establishment for a specific shower head he was looking for. When he enter the department he came in contact with a worker name Rick. My son ask Rick about the part he was looking for. He ask nicely sir can you help me find this shower head please. Rick replied I don't know can I. My son didn't reply to the comment. As they continue to look my son ask did they have a left hand part. Rick then began to get smart and told my son I don't know you didn't talk to me when you called. My son and his father got aggravated with his behavior and ask to speak to a manager. Rick then tried to apologize but the damage was already done. The manager came up was respectful and nice. We own a business and do a lot of business with Lowe's corporation. This has been our worst experience and our first time shopping at this location. In this location we spent around 6k to be treated with the worst disrespect ever. Please remind Rick first impression is lasting impressions. Great customer service goes a long way with people and they will continue to come to you poor customer service will allow them to do a long survey. Racism is real but it doesn't have to be please Mr. Rick show my family the same respect you would show the next because today you seem to been really racist.

Lowe’s in Bixby Oklahoma has a very helpful employee in Lumber by the name of Gail. After calling several other Lowe’s and not getting any assistance, I called the Bixby store and spoke with her.
