We had an unprofessional and terrible experience with LOWES last year (2023) that was NEVER resolved. It originated at the BIXBY OK location. There were personnel errors, training errors, and delivery process errors. One item took 6 months to try to resolve. Headquarters Customer Relations, Kyle Winebarger, was the coldest human to have had to deal with. The company kept making an error in the ASSUMPTIONS that ALL WE WANTED as displeased customers was MONEY. Kyle Winebarger never spoke to any details of our case, never took the time to understand it was the TRAINING ( lack thereof) and the PROCESSES that we found inefficient and defective. Nor did the company address the RESOLVE we were requesting. The head of company, Marvin Ellis, when contacted- was non-communicative.

As a "DIY" girl, I always enjoy shopping at our Bixby Lowe's! They have everything home & garden for individuals and contractors alike! And if you can't find what you need, they have experts to help; they don't just point you in a direction! Today's visit was a simple return and lighting search. If you're a veteran, thank you for your service, and be sure to inquire of their additional 10% military discount!!!

The down fall for the trip was that we went in for wood and it needed to be cut and the machine was down, which happened to be down the last 4 times I’ve had to come to this one. So if you need wood cut, save yourself time and frustration and go to a different Lowe’s location.

The self check is no longer self check out. I recently had the experience of buying a single sheet of cement board. The computer wouldn't allow me to continue until the front end cashier confirmed the number. It didn't have me give a count on the drink or the tube of caulk, why the cement board? Since the clerk was counting all the other items from other customers, it was taking so long that i just went down to the commercial side and had a person check me out. I like self check out but the way that it is starting to get bogged down with minutiae, it would be better to go back to human checkers.

Favorite Lowes in the area! Great team working their order ahead pick up orders. Unless it's 5pm...Don't pick up from 5:00 to 6:30. It's madness!

Lowes in bixby, okla store #1532 SUX BIG TIME i would rate them a ZERO if I could Loss Prevention dude stands uo by the registers and fakes being on the phone but really he is standing up there to stare at womens tits and ass obviously!! I saw him looking at 4 different women that was in the checkout line including me! PERV!! GET A LIFE

The Lowe's in Bixby has very poor customer service. We stood in line for a couple minutes and they shut the line down. They told me next line; well there was about six people in front of us, that is one reason why we stopped going to Home Depot and started going to Lowe's because we like Lowe's better I guess we're done here.

Customer service is a joke here. Managers don’t know how to perform their duties as a manager. I had an unopened return they couldn’t accept. Saying it could be Fraud, even when I had the receipt in my hand. Took it to a different location and they returned it without a problem. The Bixby Lowes really need to hire people that cares and know the job they are doing.

The customer service is really terrible. I understand cracking down on returns, but to deny an unopened, unused return with a receipt less than 24 hours after purchase because the clerk couldn't tell if I was telling the truth on the can being used or opened is a bit extreme. She opened the can, called multiple associates over to explain I was trying to return and didn't they think l might have opened it. It was less than $20. But from the attention it was given, you would have thought I was attempting to commit a crime. I don't understand how a store and management are ok with this kind of treatment of their customers.

Left Broken Arrow Lowes due to the rudest asst manager I have ever dealt with. Went to the Bixby Lowes and bought a $6900.00 mower. Best customer service. Thank you Sierra, Julio, Vincent and Allen. It was a team effort. You guys made my experience AWESOME. Broken Arrow doesnt care about customer service SO they lost out on a big sale. Thank you Bixby Lowes!!!!
