I found some fun cheaper alternative brands I have not tried before. Look forward to trying them out. The service were pretty knowledgable and friendly. They knew where to look even if they were not sure thwy had what we were looking for. I Will definitely be back when I am in the area.”

“Went here recently for the first time as it was conveniently nearby as I was out running errands. I didn't even know this place was here. I needed to get more bourbon anyways, so I popped in. My first impression was WOW! This place doesn't look big from the outside, but it's actually very big and super spacious. Now space doesn't equate low stock or variety. This place is has so much!!! They seem to have everything. Compared to other places that are cramped and give the illusion they have a lot to offer, place seems to have it all! It's nice to not bump into things. This store is very well lit and the decor is fun. Clean and very well organized. Pricing is fair and competitive. Excellent tunes were playing. Lastly, the staff... they are TOP NOTCH!! They're welcoming, warm, friendly, helpful, excellent conversationalists and they don't look like they got recruited from a Hot Topic. Hahahaha! The staff here seemed to channel Chick-fil-a kindness and hospitality, because that's how well I was treated. I'll definitely be going back, and I highly recommend to others. I won't go anywhere else now!”

Erich, the owner, reached out to me and apologized for the misunderstanding. He agreed the sale price should have been honored and he helped educate his employees. This is how you run a good successful business. I appreciate the effort that was made to turn a wrong into a right. My business has been earned back!
I bought a bottle of Bombay Gin that had a sale sign clearly posted under it that it was on sale. I bought a couple other things as well. When I paid, I didn't think the total was correct so I asked for my receipt due to several people behind me. When I saw the gin did not ring up correctly I brought it to the cashier's attention, there were 2. We walked back to where the gin was and sure enough there was the sale sign. He told me the sale was over and would not honor the price. He said I should of said something when he was ringing me up. Integrity is everything in a business and the sale price should have been honored regardless if it was still going on or not.”
“Got lucky with this place. Stopped in driving by to a dinner party and needed a great wine to impress. A definite wine person took me around and suggested several different options and in the end we chose Juggernaut Russian River Valley Pinot Noir. SCORE! GREAT recommendation. Wildly impressed. “Fantastic location. I actually skipped over it at first because I thought, "Too small to be worth my time". I was wrong! Of all the places I've poked my nose into, Biergarten has some of the best variety in the area. I consistently find labels here I don't see anywhere else. When Eric is in, talk to him! Ask him questions! I've found lots of new things to try on his suggestions (which were all excellent), he is a fount of spirits knowledge. I ALWAYS look here first.”

“Stopped in the for my 1st time as I am not on this side of town often. Picked up a bottle of Oilfire as it was recommended to me by a friend. Clerk gave me a traveler of Oilfire as a gift and said “drink this ice cold” and you’ll love it. Great bonus and friendly staff.”
