Kum & Go is a place for fuel, drinks, food, and goodies. The kitchen area is very rarely open, with sporadic hours and little hot food available, which is frustrating. The coffee machines are not wiped down and are getting pretty nasty. However, the staff can be kind, patient, and have a great attitude, with one gentleman noted as being pretty cool. Overall, deals are available on the app, but the experience can be inconsistent.
11-19-24…I stopped in today, & Sharon was so kind & patient explaining how to get Gas, & pay inside the store! She had such a great attitude!

There was 2 young men working, both had an ear bud in listening to music one was mopping and the other one was on his phone, I asked for napkins the man on his phone was rude pointing to them. I am short and pregnant and didn’t see them. They both looked at each other and laughed as I was walking out the door.

I do love kum and go but they built a brand new store in Claremore and never once has anyone wiped down the coffee machines, it's getting pretty nasty.
