Rowlanda in bixby was absolutely phenomenal. She filed my taxes from 2019 to current and explain everything to me. She was also able to put all my fees into one tax return instead of paying multiple fees. She made a great impression on me and my fiance. I hope she stays at this location for future years to come so that way i can use her again. She was very knowledgeable, very organized, and the office was over whelming and crowded.

I waited a 1 1/2 hrs past my appointment time to be seen and then the preparer messed up on my address and zip code dont know how he did that when he looked at my id and still waiting for my refund
