“Technician was very punctual. He arrived right at 10:00 AM as expected. He was knowledgeable of the situation and shared every detail of what he was having to do. Because our new motum did not arrive untill later today, the technician had to work with what he had. He repaired a broken line five blocks away, then had to start from scratch to rebuild our account using our old motum. He completed the job around 1:30 PM. The new motum came at 5:00 PM 9/5/24 a day late. Now what do we do with the new motum?”

“Went in today to get a new phone set up on the family account and port over phone number from a business account with another AT&T. Malcolm was knowledgeable, helpful, and got me in and out as quickly as possible. Trey was helpful when I called and had a few more questions. Both also helped get us set with a trial of T-Mobile at home so we can pay 1/3 of the price we do now with our current ISP. Highly recommend!”

“Bianca was so nice, knowledgeable and patient. It took awhile because AT&T did not want to relinquish my place phone (I have had an account with them since mid 90s). She kept pressing and they finally gave in. We were there 2 hours. Had one small issue with my phone not getting calls after we left but certainly not Bianca’s fault. Frustrating for me because we had a busy day, but thanks to AT&T for causing issues. I appreciated her patience with them and her patience with us. They were definitely busy and at a few times off and on had 2 others come from the back and leave and come back. Not sure why they couldn’t have atleast answered the phones. But Bianca never stopped being friendly. Thank you Bianca.”
