Although he didn’t help us shop, he was super friendly and did his best to entertain our 3 year old who did not want to be there. Overall an amazing experience!”

He even came and personally delivered the furniture the next day and helped his assemblers set up everything. We first went to a competitor and was met with a rude sales guy and quickly came to Crown and was immediately at ease. “Lisa is absolutely a nugget of information and she happily shares it with you, just ask! We took two trips there one to find the couch we've looking for and sat in it immediately and knew it was the one and we hadn't even looked at anything else yet. After a couple hours we made our way around the store and found another setup we liked again Lisa to the rescue. She explained why we were literally drawn to both why it was a hard choice between the two and the price points so that we had all the information. To which when we left yesterday we left with 5 sample swatches and given great instructions on how to use them. We followed her instructions and in minutes had our decision made on color and then hashed out which style of soft and why. Today we went back and handed back the samples and said let's get the one we originally sat in, she wasn't surprised at all by our choice and placed our order.”

“After seeing the review berating the hard of hearing employee, I had to leave my own review. There is a wonderful employee in the clothing section that is legitimately hard of hearing or partially deaf. My daughter lost a phone in the clothing area one day and I asked for help from several employees, and no one had the time to help and only offered to take my name and number in case it was found. After over an hour of searching I asked this employee for help. She actually knew where to find it because it's a common place for lost phones! She also was wearing a sign language shirt so it's apparent she has hearing issues and still gives her all to try an help every guest. She also helped us checkout before!”
“This target location is my favorite in Tulsa! The folks are always nice, when there are actual cashiers. I've had to wait to checkout almost every time I shop. The selection is pretty good for a smaller location. I always find good cheap clearance prices too. I will do online order for pickup sometimes when I know I'll be in the area, so that I don't miss out on something being in stock that I want/need. It's always convenient picking up. I sure wish Muskogee would get a target!”
