I shop at a lot of DG’s. This one by far has the best employees and it’s clean. Only complaint is sometimes they don’t have the inventory I’m looking for, but that’s likely no fault of their own. Things sell out fast there! I travel to come to this store because it’s the best in the area. (All of south tulsa)

Aisles were destroyed and littered with inventory making it hard for customers to navigate. This store is usually on point with cleanliness and everything in its place, good looking produce. My visit the other day was a big disappointment because even their produce looked awful. It is similar to the downtown DGX, which is horrid.They have had a monster leak in the ladies/babies aisle evidently nobody in corporate is addressing it. It has come to the point that they've put puppy pads down on the floor to absorb the excess water. Absolutely ridiculous for these employees to have to deal with this, besides customers. There weren't even warning cones around this area or the aisle blocked to prevent someone from getting hurt.Out of all the stores I've been to this one was the best but seems like since this leak sprung up months ago it's gotten bad. I've never seen it in such disarray.The employees are exceptional, very nice, friendly, and helpful so the rating isn't for them it's for the store and corporate dropping the ball on this and not addressing the situation.

I shop at the Bixby Dollar General location, (Grant St & E 151st) for the convenience of popping in/out for smaller household items. DG has many store locations in the Tulsa area and offer general household products, a few seasonal items, and a small grocery department. On this day, I was in search of over-the-counter readers. After walking around the store, I went to the front counter to inquire with the clerk. When asking for assistance, she didn't turn around to address my question and literally pointed over her shoulder. If they were busy, I would understand a brief response (not an unprofessional pointing), but this was not the case. Other than myself, there was one other customer in the store. Unfortunately, I've noticed the same lack of customer care at other DG stores. They are conveniently located and carry reasonably-priced, moderate selections, but greatly lack in the area of customer service. I would encourage DG Mgt to provide additional employee training in this area before losing valuable customers. Being polite will go a long way.

One of the more organized and expansive dollar stores. The clerks were pleasant and helpful as well. It reminded me of a tiny grocery store. I felt very happy and peaceful perusing the shopping aisles.
