AMAZING service! I did not think I would ever be able to get a car. I went to 6 different places, 3 of those being other Car-Mart locations and they were all either rude or couldn’t work with me. These guys worked with me, cleaned the car for me, and were super nice! They explained everything to me since it was my first time buying a car and made the experience relaxed and actually enjoyable! Definitely try these guys out if you’re in the area!

Great place to get a vehicle at. I've purchased several from them. Cj and the crew have always taken care of me and taken care of any issue that came up. They're always super friendly and do their best to get you in a car YOU want. Is nice that they can pull inventory from any other car mart lot so you get to stay with the crew that knows you. Thanks again yall. Loving the new car we picked up last Thursday.

Was sold a car that has multiple problems and has broke down multiple times highly do not recommend this place the manger was just looking for a sell and we didn't know anything about cars so they definitely took advantage

Hello my name is DAngelo I’ve had my bad times! With Car Mart! Had a few of them to threaten me talk crazy to me on the phone repossess my cars I’ll go back and get them back hit hard times again they make up a lie to say you’re behind I told myself I was done with CarMart! But Heidi and my girl of course she know who she is and Ruth And there whole team! There at the Bixby Lot! THEY ARE AWESOME They work with you they understand you they will bend over backwards for you great people truly family in my eyes blood family great friends I’ve never seen anybody crunch out 5 to 10 sales and never broke a sweat these guys are awesome I didn’t even realize that they was going to sell me a car again yesterday that what makes them so good I’ll give them five stars i’ll plan on buying three more cars after I get these two paid off only from the Bixby lot thanks seriously thanks Heidi and your team from the Mitchell family

I had a great easy experience at the Bixby locations. The ladies where super nice very helpful on the process. And the process was quick. Bixby service is definitely better then Tulsa location. I am glad I went with them.

Office staff is hateful to deal with. The car has broke down twice in the first couple of months of getting the car and they wouldn't cover it. Regardless of what they reply, they were aware and I wouldn't be giving a 2 star review if they were helpful and not just directly hateful. The customer service is horrible after the purchase.

Salesman was alright by meFunny guy and i got a coffee cup!! I recommend this car mart over north car mart any day staff is way more attentive to your needs and lighthearted which makes the car buying experience way better we got nice car with limited warranty but apreciated none the less .very well explained details of the contracts that you sign so all in all it was great existence with good car for the wife.But I'm taking it all back if i don't get invitation to the upcoming car mart cookout CALL THE STORE FOR COOKOUT DETAILSWONDERFUL PEOPLE C.J. WAS GREAT AND I ENJOYED IT THANKS CAR MART BIXBY OKLAHOMAYOU REPRESENT WELL!!!

My experience was easy by far great customer service and the seller was amazing I don't remember there names but manager and seller were amazing I didn't even think I was getting my car! But thank you Car-Mart Bixby!
