From the start my experience with BTC was seamless. Their Fiberoptic System that was explained to me by Lynn in Customer Service to completion and freedom to have a choice and a much lower price and higher quality was amazing !!!!!!!! My new WiFi works great in less than a week.. Thank you BTC !!

We decided to forgo cable Tv sometime ago and went with BTC for internet only home. We have a lot of items connected to WiFi and we have a lot of TVs both inside and outside and we’ve never had any issues with our internet running everything at once! The customer service department is also great. They always follow up to make sure your issue has been resolved when you need help! They actually care! I highly recommend BTC for your internet needs!

Had quite a few issues with internet service in the fall/ Christmas time. They all seem to be fixed now and BTC was very good about getting techs out asap. They also kept in good communication throughout the process.

We recently switched over to BTC Broadband hoping for a faster internet connection while lowering our monthly premium. We couldn't be more pleased in BOTH areas. Excellent customer service all the way around. This company truly cares about your personal experience!

Seventy Five dollars a month. The internet is constantly slow to the point where my websites stop loading all together. Forget about video or gaming. Just a website to pay a bill or do school work or? Work from home. Forget about it.I got the internet price lock and contract during a "promotion". I wish I had done with T-Mobile. I'm going to write to our local state representatives and eventually the state senators in Congress about this situation where the only options are Cox and small providers like BTC and the service is horrible. I strongly suggest you do as well. They must have strong lobbyists in Congress. I remember in the 90s when Microsoft got in trouble for antitrust and yet this has been going on longer than the 90s where cable companies have a monopoly or even pretty much a cartel. They price gauge you for infrastructure yet the service is always down and the price is so expensive. I live close to KFC. So close to a giant BTC satellite dish. My Internet is supposed to be 490mbs. It has been less than 5mbs for about 6 days. It goes down and off way too often for the price.

THE WORST. Signed up as soon as we moved here and had it a month. In that month, I have t watched TV bc its too slow, can't work from my laptop which is a huge downfall for me because I own my business and work online all day. Can't get wifi or constantly drops.or says "Connected without internet et". I'm COMPLETELY OVER IT AND having to to leave my hoise just so send an email or fix things in my website. I'm calling tomorrow and canceling my contract

Extremely upset with them. Called technology earlier in the day said they would come out get a phone call from them at 5:33 p.m. saying they were sending someone out as soon as they one available. I stay up until 11:30 p.m. got up Saturday called said someone would call me it is 5:20 Saturday afternoon. I told them my grandson had to do his schoolwork they said I'm sorry. Everytime I have a problem it is after they work in the night. I want this fixed. My family has been customers there all my life. I am not a happy person .

Been having issues with the wifi since yesterday. They told us a tech would be out but never showed up and no call back. Still waiting today we called this morning and still nothing. Service has gotten bad lately.

I have had fiber for 3 days now and have had nothing but issues, constant drops, inconsistent speed tests. They were in an outage with dropped packets and congestion and did not notify their end users. I have had to call tech support every day. There was a fix that supposedly went in last night and this morning there are still issues with wifi dropping. We do not have a lot of devices either. Shame on me I should have read the reviews. I will be terminating service and going back to Cox.

I worked with BTC recently and they were incredibly helpful! Their technician helped resolve some equipment issues we were experiencing and the entire time they were patient and very resourceful. I'll 100% be reaching out to them again in the future!

We have been customers for years and it has always been off and on with the internet service/phone service especially when it rains. But today I have had to reset my internet connection 6 times in 1 hour just to watch my streaming show. So what’s up with the internet now?
