We've now purchased a Catrike, and a road bike from Bixby Bicycles. I cannot imagine ANYONE, ANYWHERE being more knowledgable than Aaron. Not only is he brimming with experience, he shares that experience with enthusiastic education. I will ONLY work with folks at Bixby Bikes. Their service, and selection are unparalleled!

Came in to get new tires for my new gravel bike. Tires I had were meant for dirt. Got a good price on a set of continental double fighters and tips for setting my bike up properly. The tires made a big difference but his tips helped even more. The ride is so much smoother and easier on my knee. Will definitely be back for all my bike needs!

We have had some bad luck ordering bikes direct online, but when we came in to the store Buster was incredibly helpful and got us the help we needed. We got my wife a new Magnum Cosmo and we could not be more excited. She was able to test ride it at the store and we feel confident in our purchase. Excellent customer service.

There are probably 10 bike shops closer to my house than this one but I will always come here. Outstanding customer service, and good selection of used bikes (which seems to be rare, all the other shops i went to didn't carry used). Aaron helped my wife and I get our first ever road bikes and went way above and beyond to help us get them set up. He even taught us about how they work differently from our old bikes and we took them for a test ride first. Highly highly recommend!

Wonderful service! A great bunch.
Knowledgable friendly staff willing to help the novice with no judgement. Bought our first trike. Aaron was a wonderful help. Took the time to teach us and gave great advice for beginners. They are very busy, probably because its the best bike shop in town. Despite being busy, they still take time for each customer without making them feel rushed.

We had the best experience with Aaron at Bixby Bicycle Shop in Bixby, OK. From start to finish, he helped us understand about the different ebikes, different options with the bikes, what the best bike was that fit our needs and answered any questions we had with no hesitations. My good ol 1974 Schwinn Suburban looks brand new after her tuneup! It’s been 16 years since the last one and about 12 since I’d ridden it ? Staff was so helpful and helped me load and unload since I don’t have a bike rack. I always recommend this place to others!
*edit* Came back and bought two e-bikes and have been LOVING them! If you’re on the verge, do it! Such a fun hobby we’ve picked up! Took them to the coffee shop downtown and the Bixby BBQ and blues today (best way to get to the festival through all of the crowds)

I recently went into the shop to replace my very worn cycling shoes and old helmet. Aaron helped me with my selections. I was impressed with his knowledge of the products, pros and cons of each and the patience he demonstrated during the shopping process. I never felt pressure to buy. The shop has a great selection of products to choose from. It was a very pleasant shopping experience. Highly recommend the shop.

I went in to buy an e bike with my brother and while working with Aaron, I ended up getting an e bike myself. The service, the selection, the product quality, and the sense of community this place has to offer is amazing. Aaron personally helped both my brother and I pick out the right bike and right helmets and gave us great deals on everything. Highly highly recommend.

Buster and his mechanics are helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough. They have provided superior service for both of my bikes. They have repaired my derailleur and tire. They have tuned up my bike and provided a bike fit which included fitting my road bike with aero bars. Bixby Bicycle is my go-to bike shop.

Spectacular service and skill. They picked up both my bikes (reduced the delivery price because I lived so close) and told me they’d be ready in a week. Three hours later they called and said both bikes were ready. My bike did not have as serious a problem as I thought, so they reduced the price they quoted and had my wife and I back on our bikes.
This is the second time I’ve witnessed over-and-above service from them. I won’t go anywhere else.
