Excellent shop. Took the bikes in for a tune up, and got some upgrades in the same visit. Bikes are riding better than when they were new. Great customer service.

An amazing experience! Gave a great deal on the bike/accessories and was very informative of how to take care of it and how to use it all properly. I had a wonderful experience today with Buster and everyone at Bixby Bicycles. I shoot my shot to see if they could help change out the bottom bracket on my Peloton and to my surprise they were able to and only took them a couple of hours from drop off to pick up. They were prompt, informative, and just overall great to work with. Thank you all!!

I purchased my first e-bike recently. After visiting a few local bike shops, I quickly settled on Bixby Bicycles. They have a lot of great bicycles and gear, but most of all they have a lot of heart and vision for helping the local community by supporting organizations who are helping people in need, and helping people with really finding a place with others in a community of cyclists, organized rides, goal setting, and making the most out of one’s cycling according to their personal goals and purposes.Aaron, CJ, and Buster (owner) all helped me at different times as I browsed, asked questions, and decided on an e-bike and the accessories I needed. Aaron helped me very patiently with learning basics and also coached me as to how to roll the bike up a pet ramp into my SUV and maneuver it so it would fit well.I’m very pleased with my new ebike, and especially with the business itself, and their excellent, encouraging customer service. Thanks Aaron, Buster and CJ! ???

I use this bike shop, and will use no other for the rest of the time I spend in the metro Tulsa area, maybe even the state of Oklahoma itself. The service is that good, they’ve always given me quality service, and are willing to give you some leeway if you’re tight on cash. I walked in my first time and left feeling like I had just made a new best friend, I love this shop!

Aaron was awesome with his knowledge and expertise with choosing and getting me the right trike according to my cycling specifications. Buster and Aaron were a great team together working on adjusting and sizing the trike to fit my vertically challenged body type. I highly recommend Bixby Bicycles all the staff was attentive to anyone who came into the business.

My husband and I don't have "fancy" bikes. Down the road, we know we will need to get something new, but for the time, they work for the Sunday morning rides that we enjoy so much. Whenever we have needs like changing of the brakes or getting a new gear shift, this is the place to go. What may be simple for them is a huge blessing to us! Very kind and friendly staff that knows all that could be done to the bike but doesn't push more at you after talking about keys things that should be done (and how long the changes will last) unless you are the one to first ask. This is where I will be coming for the next bike I get my husband. Thank you!
