“It was one of the easier purchases I’ve ever made. I walked in, told them I needed a battery for my 2011 Ranger. She asked if I wanted mine tested and I told her, “No, it’s old and even if it tests good, it’s time to replace it. My granddaughter will be driving this truck and I don’t want her stranded with a dead battery.” She looked up the size, rang up the purchase, put a battery on the cart, and the tech wheeled the cart out, and installed the battery. I was probably there less than 30 minutes. Now if tires could be that easy…”

“I have done very little business with Batteries Plus. So, as is the case with most of my reviews, this will be of little help. Two things I will substantiate though 1) If you are looking for an odd ball hard to find battery try them first. They either have it or can get it. And 2) They take your old batteries for recycling, at no charge. I like the business especially for reason 2. I had a big battery pack that needed to be recycled. As far as I know this is one of the few places that will take them. Thank You, Batteries Plus. Save up your old lithium-ion batteries and drop them off here, versus the city garbage.”

“This location went above and beyond to help me in a really tough situation. JJ and Josh were incredible and made me a very proud customer. I had bought a battery at one of their locations out of state and when it came time to use the warranty, I found out they didn’t put in my information correctly. Luckily with the info I had and their determination, we were able to get it resolved pretty quickly and without me being made to feel like a bother. They owned the mistake that wasn’t even theirs and made it right! That’s customer service at its finest!”

“Gotta put it out there that there’s some helpful guys at this location. Thankfully it’s not like the one by my house that has a bunch of wanna know it all kids. Daniel and his manager I think David were very helpful this evening. I had been to other competitors and other Oreillys this was the first one to take the time to go through the u joints to find my match since the computer didn’t. David with his knowledge helped Daniel get me what I needed. After the long stressful day I had these two helped me more than they think as my anxiety was getting to me. Thank you guys for the great customer service and the shenanigans while doing so y’all nailed it with an ?.”
