“I took my telluride to get a front end alignment because I thought it pulled to one side slightly. They checked it and informed me it didn't need a alignment, that it was aligned perfectly and also showed me on the computer. That spoke volumes about their honesty. It's not been cheap but it has been honest and a heck of a lot cheaper than anywhere else. Ellis will fix things he finds while working on the "bigger issues" and not charge for it. He is honest and thorough. These are rare traits these days. Highly recommend him but don't want him to get too busy!”

“Bunch of good, hard workers. Most reliable set of guys I've come across in Bixby. They were able to hook me up with a brake fluid service same day and one time I had them replace my windshield wipers and they topped me up on windshield wiper fluid to go along with it for no extra charge.”

So many places you go want you to drop your vehicle off and let it sit for 2 weeks before they even look at it even with an appointment. It's rare to find this!”

“Best place to take your car. I have never had such an honest, detailed experience with a mechanic before. I have been tricked for years in other states about my air conditioning. They would tell me I needed to change my compressor for a new one costing about $1200-$1400. I have not been able to pay that so I have been winging each hot summer without a/c, or not driving at all because it gets dangerously hot at stop lights and slow moving traffic.I heard about Family Automotive through a friend, and this place has saved my life. Blaine checked everything out and found the problem, the whole unit did not have to be replaced. He explained everything in detail in a way I could understand. Since the cost was not $1200-$1400, I was able to fix other issues in addition to my a/c.I think we all need to take a moment to appreciate and support the honest people left in our society, the people that lift us up and want to see us do well.
