Great company, very easy to work with. I sent in my designs and what colors I wanted and the products were perfect. I needed cards made and they had them done in a few days. Everyone was very sweet and accommodating.

Design ability poor. Had to do most of it myself. Chose DTG printing. Ultra shoddy quality. Looked like it was thin and cracking when i stretched the garment by hand while at the store to pick them up. Was assured they would look good for years. After a few washes it is absolute garbage and cracked to hell. Im embarrassed that I sold and gave these to my customers. Prices were also high. I wasted $3500.

I’m an artist and was working on a Christmas project; I needed someone to scan in and print out three drawings. After calling Arcadia I stopped in and Devinn helped me immediately. She asked when I needed them by and I naively told her right then, and she just did it. She improved my work and was able to complete it within 15 minutes! I was really happy to interact with someone so professionally competent and kind. As I waited it became clear to me that Devinn’s employers understood that she was an asset to their company; Devinn’s success was theirs. I will do any future business with Arcadia. Time for a raise!

I needed a personalized mug created on very short notice with a very short deadline. The person on the phone was super helpful, they emailed me a mockup that looked great, and communicated consistently with me over the next 24 hours until I was notified that the mug was ready. When I picked it up, it looked even better than the mockup. The folks in the office were super friendly and helpful. The price was even less than I would've been willing to pay. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Arcadia!

Arcadia was a true pleasure to work with as we sorted through signage options during the COVID19 ordeal. We own KFC’s in the Tulsa area and were faced with a series of changes that were confusing to our customers.
