Water leaks into units after rain. Only one week in it rained and all of our boxes were either moist or completely soaked on the bottom. Arborstone did not care to respond to our concerns of water leaks.

Not good moved from out of state. Company didn't give us the option to pick where our unit was located they gave us one to the back where boats ,trailers were the storage unit was which was not easy to load and unload uhauls.very inconvenient . When we called your Associate did seem to care much .we will not be recommending your facility to anyone.Donny and Christine

Prices are reasonable. Staff is very pleasant. Not the best place to store a RV or drive thru after it's rained. These pictures were 24hrs after it rained. They need to get rid of the gravel and do concrete or at the very least do better irrigation work to avoid these huge potholes

Not good... Can set account up online and choose unit.. but still no gate code. If your going to offer to setup account online... You need to have a generic gate code set or let customer create. I cancelled unit within an hour of making payment just cause I needed something quick and I didn't get.

I paid for the month of December ahead of time...as I've done for the two years I've had that unit. I receive a letter, two days after I made the payment, that the business had been sold. Fine. I then start receiving texts that I had not paid for December. I called the number on the letter I received. Was told, by whoever it was I spoke to, that I did not owe for December, that there was no late fee. Fine. Several days later, after having received yet more texts saying I owed for December, I received a text saying I had been locked out of the storage unit. So, not knowing what else to do, I sent them yet another check for the month of December. I, basically, paid twice for the month of December. I sent a payment for January on the 23rd of December. I received a text on the 30th saying the payment had been received. I received a text today, the 31st, saying I owed them for January. One day you send me a text saying payment received, next day you send a text telling me you haven't received the payment???? These people have either be crooks, or the most disorganized people in the state. I've never received a single email, letter, or text, telling me where to send a payment, how much I owe per month, nothing. I only guessed the payment was still what I had been paying for monthly rent for the last two years, and found their address by going online.As soon as I can get around to it, I will be moving my stuff out of their units. I would suggest you avoid them at all costs...unless you enjoy being ripped off.

My trailer and equipment was stolen from their location off of Hectorville Rd and Hwy 75, They refuse to contact me back after almost 2 weeks regarding the Video footage. I was told by many locals in the area that have used this location that their stuff was stolen and company stated “there was an issue with the cameras”, which is what they told me. They said the storms caused issues with the cameras and they are having a hard time getting footage.
