This company sucks!!!The rest of the world knows what to do with power outages and are preparedNot this companyWe’ve been trying to get them to come and trim back our trees from the lines, for months….I’m sure we’re one of 100s of other CustomersNothingAnd now “80 poles are down”Totally incompetent companyWe lived by Lake Lawtonka before this. Cotton was on top of outages and they were rare!!!For the love of God, someone buy this incompetent company out and let this area catch up to the current centuryAlways lived in the country down here and in Kansas… power outages quickly restored. They turned off our electricity 15 days after due date and after I paid it BEFORE 4 o’clock they still didn’t turn our electricity back on. We called and they said they didn’t know how to and refused to call someone to turn it back on because we called after 5. They were very rude and didn’t give us a 48 hour notice before they turned off the power. I wish I could give this 0 stars because they are one of the worst companies I have worked with.

Our power goes out all of the time, not just when there's bad weather. I've dealt with 3 different electric cooperatives in my life, and CK is the worst by a long shot. 0 stars.

lousy service is super high its costs with the company pso paid 90 dollars for the same thing and here I am paying 360 its cost is extremely high I feel very disappointed in this company;(

I can't stress enough how incompetent this cooperative is....and SLOW AS HELL!! Do you think they care?? That would be a HARD NO!! I have a huge suspicion that any positive review is done by dummy customers, so please spare us your five stars....

From phone call to repair these guys were the nicest.When I called I was met with a nice, real person on the other line. They assisted me with some inquiries about my account and helped me setup to repair an old light pole. She was very helpful and informative.They showed up the very next day! She said sometimes they show up same day.The guys that showed up to do the work were very courteous and respectable. They seemed very skilled and had it repaired in no time. They even trimmed some trees around the line while they were there to insure there would be no issues.

This is the worse electrical supplier I've ever had. The power goes out on windy days, sunny calm days and cold snowy days. Here we are on a windy snowy two days and my generator has run as much as the electricity. I've had CK for several years and this has been an issue with them the entire time. This coop has bit off more then they can service and really need to turn at least 50% of their service to OG&E. Just in my neighborhood they have burned up a refrigerator and and air handler due to bumps and surges on their lines. I spoke to one of their service techs who said they need to add an additional sub station between the El Reno and Mustang Due to the system over tasked. If I had know how bad their service was I'd built outside their service area.

Worse company I’ve ever dealt with and it seems from the reviews I’m not the only one . We have a blatant theft problem in this office where they are taking $100+ a day out of our account . Then we have a disrespectful belligerent problem in their office including whisper Donna an Cindy . My family an I are filing in district court against these three individuals an will be starting the class action lawsuit against this company I urge any residents with similar issues to reach out an stand firm with us in this law suit . If we don’t stand up for ourselves who will ? This has got to stop !

I know the power is knocked out by an ice storm but everyone around me has had their power back on within the same day the storm cleared. Meanwhile here I am almost 2 weeks later practically camping out of my house all because they havent gotten around to replacing the 6 power lines that got taken down in between me and rest of the community. I've had to keep gallons of water around to refill my toilet because I'm on a well and the house is all electric without electricity so excuse me if I seem a tad upset. ?
