“I went to get two steers and two drives this morning at 7:30. The lady named Snow checking trucks in so sweet. They were very fast I was out by 8:30. Prices on tires are amazing low comparing to others. Staff is friendly facility is very nice and huge with no problems for my 53ft trailer. Drivers lounge and restrooms are super clean. I'm not wasting my time for shopping next time I need tires, going straight to T& W tire in oklahoma city.”

I am a very skeptical person, but after talking to the owner and observing the shop, I believed they would do a good job.Talk to Sammy-he is quiet, not talkative, but very knowledgeable. He knows what he is doing. Their facility is built to work on high-dollar cars, they pretty much can handle all kinds of car problems here.”

“Had a tremendous experience at Discount Tire this past week. Went in and no pressure. We knew all 4 tires had to be replaced and wasn’t lured into something outrageous or cheap. Salesman went over warranties and price points and within 10 minutes was scheduled for service to replace within a few hours. (2 hours with a text saying they were done) Totally happy with purchase and service. Tires are smooth and quiet. After a few days I forgot to ask about my veteran discount (5%) and I went in after 5 days with my receipt and no questions asked, Discount Tire put the 5% savings back onto my card! They’ll always have my business because they give peace of mind, something not on the receipt but means the world to the customer..”
“They were all good ? we were having a flat on the way to the doctor and noticed the tire shop down the road we only had to wait a few minutes and they helped us found a nail in the tire and it was fixed in just 30mins. Everyone was very helpful and professional the shop was nice and clean. After the work was done they handed me the keys and said no charge. I was surprised but they didn't change to repair a flat. Nice place will be back.”
“I had an issue with a cracked rim on a 2014 CLS 550 Mercedes and had it “repaired “ in December by a well known tire company. A month later the repaired cracked rim recracked…. I was told by the tire company that if it was indeed the crack that they would not be able to repair it and I would have to purchase a new rim at the tune of $1600. Bobby from Jim Nortons Toyota on NW Expressway recommended Allen at Wheel Connection. Dropped the rim off on Friday morning and received it back Monday. They are a class act. I took my Charger there with tire problems and they were the freaking best! “Service Advisor was Will. Good guy, down to earth. Told him my problem with the other two new tires mounted and balanced at the other Tire shop. They charged me "Half" the price of the other Tire shop. I let them do the same thing with the next two. They did a GREAT job. I will let them remounted the first two right that were screwed up. These tires are for my daughter 's car. I love it when you get what you paid for.”

“A+ in all categories!! Not going to lie, I was a little nervous letting them fix my wheels after reading the reviews but as they say “don’t believe everything you read on the internet”.. I give them nothing but praise!! They did a great job and I couldn’t ask for a better experience!! Called and spoke with Derek on Tuesday and he had me text him pics of the damage. He reviewed, gave me an estimate of $140 a wheel, explained exactly how they fix the wheels then actually powder coat them and said they should be ready by Saturday but would probably be done sooner. Dropped them off Tuesday evening and got a message with pics telling me they were done Thursday at 1:12pm! Just picked them up and they look good as new!! Took my 4runner for a tire rotation and balance, I have been dealing with another discount tire store and have had problems with steering wheel shimmy. “I’ve had a bad experience at another Hibdon’s and I’ve not used them since, however was put in position where I would need to use them.. I call ( from another state) to schedule an appt while passing through on vacation (chosen a different location then former one)… the man I spoke to on phone was absolutely professionally wonderful… Upon appt day the staff was wonderful!!!! “Had trouble getting 1 lug nut off so I could get a set of new tires and no one else could do it, but the nice guys at Hibdon could. Plus mounted a tire I had bought onto the old rim. I set up a date in November to get new back tires which they seem to have the best prices plus gave me a coupon to save more so I'll be set for the weather to change. Very satisfied right now with Hibdon, my other mechanic let me down.”
