Long wait times picking up medicine. Out of stock on a medication, they said it would be here Monday and now it won't be available till Wednesday. Set on hold for 13 then it disconnected me. Called back and still can't get through.

Phyllis was wonderful! The guy in the pharmacy was a lazy jerk. I have food poison and asked for charcoal tablets... he only pointed...refused to come out and help me... not helpful o caring person at all.

The pharmacy is Terrible. Always out of meds and never get them ready in time. I'm on heart meds and they were delayed for a week. They were able to "find" 5 days worth and said they would have the rest before it runs out. I'm out tomorrow and it still says it won't be ready for another 5 days

I am not sure what happened to the customer service I once experienced at Walgreens. Went to pick up an online order at this store today. Attempted to use a shopping cart to help carry out order. Only one shopping cart available and it was broke. Clerk didn’t say anything other than bring it back inside when your done, and just about that blunt. I asked if she had other carts and she said no. What, a store this size with only one cart available? Another clerk did assist with carrying out the order once the abrupt clerk asked him to. It felt as if they were doing me a favor instead of appreciating my business. There are much better options in this area!

It was horrible. I called two days ago and refilled them on the message line. I got here this morning and the pharmacist apologized and said they didn't fill them but since they couldn't get my doctor today they could give me an emergency supply. When I came back to get it they acted like I was in the wrong and that they don't give emergency supplies. Never going there again. It was a muscle relaxer, nothing but something that could ease pain.

Worst pharmacy on the planet. The staff doesn't care about you or have any sense of urgency. They will leave you waiting ridiculously long times at the counter and drive through. Treats you with utter disrespect. Shame on the pharmacist for allowing thier staff to be in such disarray. Absolute shame. They are never open during the stated times as to " no pharmacist on duty" ( at least 3 times a week). Someone should really look into this..... shameful to treat your community this way..... shameful.

I tried to make an appointment today here for my mom and I for Covid booster and the guy in the pharmacy with a beard was unhelpful and rude, I gave him all the information he asked for and he seemed to feel he could tell me after I spoke to the cdc that his information was current and I didn't need the booster and they will update it later to tell us when to get them (it's supposed to be every 6 months according to the cdc) I asked him about my Mom and he said she could but since there was a problem with her insurance the last time blah blah blah, Walgreens simply wanted to run a different insurance even though I gave them the primary insurance. Walgreens made the problem. These people aren't there to help customers. The guy was saying how his computer was taking forever and getting frustrated. He wanted me to go online and make an appointment, the woman I spoke on the phone to at this Walgreens told me to come in and they would schedule the appointments, I left with nothing getting done. I went home and went online with Walmart and made appointments for both my mom and I and went in and got our Covid boosters. I'm not coming back after repeated lame excuses by incompetent staff. The pharmacy area in this Walgreens is dirty and the register area is a mess, I told the employee with a beard the container holding lip balm had an open container of lip balm in it and he took it and put it out of his site however left it in site of customers.

they take a ridiculous amount of time to fill prescriptions. They don't realize that some people can't just go home and come back and pick up their prescriptions later. So I sat in the parking lot for an hour and waited and then went to the window, and when I told him it already been two hours they wanted to get an attitude and say well it's still gonna be another 30 minutes at least. everyone that works in the pharmacy gets an attitude not just the person I dealt with today. using a different pharmacy from now on. I've given them plenty of chances.

This is the nearest pharmacy for me, the drive thru does take long, and I don't know why but if you go inside you'll get your prescription faster rather than the drive thru; that's why I changed my pharmacy to the one inside Walmart Supercenter (Reno and NW 3rd), and I only come here if I really need to.I hope they do better, because it's a needed service, they're at a great location and are nice to customers, they are just not fast enough.Like all Walgreens they have photo service, food, office supplies and gifts aisle.You can also schedule flu and Covid shots.??- Great parking space- Wheelchair accessible parking- Wheelchair accessible entrance- Wheelchair accessible restroom- Nice and friendly service??- Slow service in drive thru

I was a Walgreens customer for 8 years, it was the only pharmacy I used but they have gone way down hill. Their lines are incessantly long, staff is extremely rude and unaccommodating. Wednesday, I waited over an hour past my appointment time for vaccines, that I ended up not getting because I had a parent teacher conference to get to. I have since switched to Walmart neighborhood pharmacy and they have been fantastic. They are quick and all of their staff is very customer service oriented.
