I was told by employee, Charles, that I could not drop off my Tylenol three prescription because I did not have my ID with me, but I had just gotten out of the hospital! I was not thrilled by this and went to another Walgreens and they said this is an absolute lie! So Child is a liar, and I have proof! So you need to fire Charles because he's not helping your company

Great staff super friendly and the speed is as fast as it can be they get a lot of business close to close so try to get in early so your not stuck in line the last minute. Hours are decent and they typically have most medicines in stock highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

I checked to see when my prescription would be ready. I came 2 hours after time they said. The prescription still isn't ready. Terrible service

Every time I've been in Walgreens (which isn't that often usually but more often for some reason this week) everyone has been very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. When I needed passport photos, I wasn't sure if they would actually be staffed to handle that since it's COVID-times but they were and I got them without any problems.

This used to be a pretty decent pharmacy. Now I'm lucky if there's a pharmacist there for me to pick up my medication, and twice today I have waited in line through the drive through (so I don't have to bring my 4 month old in) and it took so long to process just the one car in front of me that I had to leave so I wasn't late to a doctors appointment. I come back and the line is 6 cars deep. I've been waiting in this line for nearly an hour, completely blocked in by cars with a wailing infant in the back seat for a prescription that was ready hours ago. This is the very last time I go through this at this pharmacy.

This Walgreens is absolutely trash!!! Got called to come get my sons medicine since it was ready. Went to do so and they ended up being closed which made no sense to me. Tried calling and got hung up on multiple times as always finally talked to whoever and she said the pharmacist wasn't feeling well so they closed. Pretty frustrating. I get people get sick and maybe y'all should have a back up plan if something like that happens for those who depends on that medicine for certain reasons. Never friendly either always rude when talking on phone and in person. 1 is as low as u can go but it deserves a -10

I was told my photo order of ONE 8x10 print would be ready by 9:07am. I went in around 11:30am that day and was told it was still not ready and very carelessly told they didn't know when it would be ready or why it wasn't ready yet. Very unprofessional staff. Tried calling and speaking to management only to get left on hold and ignored yet again. Will not be returning. Only left 1 star because it's required to leave a review.

Just went in to grad some things. Was helped (not) by Casio or something like that. I needed to look at the back of a SD card. They are locked up. I looked for some one. Saw her. Said "excuse me mamm". Then I noticed she was with a customer. Kept looking. When she wasn't checking anyone out I said again. "Excuse me mamm". She said "you can press the customer service button". I said "what" because I didn't hear her. She said again "you can press the customer service button". I was like wow. OK. So she unlocked the thing so I can check out the back of the package to make sure I was getting the right one. At check out it rang up at regular price. It was on sale. Before I could say anything, very quickly she said " enter your customer reward number". I didn't understand what she said or meant so I proceeded to say that I thought this item was on sale. She said "yes enter your customer reward number" in a very snarky way. At this point I just chuckled and said something like "aren't you a bundle of joy" I am sorry but what a rude rude rude employee. I understand everyone has a bad day but to treat customers the way she did is just wrong. How the hell am I suppose to know that there is a customer service button. And instead of responding by saying "you can press the customer service button" and nothing else. How about something like "yes, how can I help you. Also if ever you need help while in Walgreens we have these buttons around the store you can push and someone will be right over". It's sad that the importance of customer service is lost. I will not be back.

Back story: I was in dire need of cold medication I had gone across the street to the "other store" and did not find what I was looking for. The associate was not friendly at all. That's how I landed at Walgreens. The cashier was super attentive and friendly. Huge difference compared to the other place. I can truly say I'm a Walgreens customer.

Date: 10/29/18 Time: 10:30 AM Here for: Pharmacy After going to 5 other Walgreens and calling several others for a specific script I needed, I was beyond frustrated because all locations were out. At a last attempt, I called this location and spoke with the MOST friendly lady assuring me they had it! When I arrived, the most pleasant voice came over the drive thru intercom. Kendra took care of all my needs with efficiency and amazing customer service! I really appreciated her bright cheery attitude after the frustration I had faced earlier in my adventure. High five Walgreens for hiring this wonderful woman! She definitely gets a 5 out of 5 from me!

This location of Walgreens has exceptional customer service. They are very friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond. I usually can get everything I need from this store quickly and with great prices. Often times the cashiers find coupons for my purchases, and I love the "Rewards" system.
