Absolutely great experience, me and my mom went in to make a transaction, and came Out with more laughs then I've had in a while. There service was spot on and friendly, currently they're selling chocolate's (which sparked all the laughs), Victoria and I bust out laughing as it was a call to SpongeBob, CHOCOLATE!!!. If you don't know you should watch the episode, all that aside they're great. 10/10

5 minutes of recorded spiel and pressing button to get to a live person and the central call center. I needed to speak to someone at a specific branch. Nope, no can do. The young man was very nice but the system is not set up to help the individual customer's needs.

Highly recommend the Bethany branch! Everyone is always kind and happy to help! Johnathan T. Went above and beyond to help me get my accounts added to my TFCU phone app and explained how I could use the app and transfer funds in between my accounts and make my loan payments! This was so helpful and saves me a trip to go into the bank to make the payments. I so much appreciate his help. Awesome customer service!!!

I would highly recommend this Bank in particular Jonathan ThronesburyHe stayed late on a Friday after close to help me with my banking needsHe was very professional and personableI feel he made an effort to go the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of - which is rare in this day and age.He also made me aware of some banking options that I didn't know were available to me which I will use in the future

Extremely unprofessional. Left in the drive through for 9 minutes while other vehicles were serviced. Press talk button to ask for my receipt & membership card, was told let me check then my items were delivered shortly. This was at 4:35pm on 5/17/2022. I only stopped @ this location because I was in the area AND there were empty drive through slots. Do better!!!!!!!

Went to deposit a check. My license is expired but now we have to wait for appointments and pay for the appointments to replace. They actually asked for the date of my DL renewal appointment. Um not your business. Then they put my money in the wrong accounts. I thought I'll transfer it over. Nope the new app is out!!!! Downloaded that, it wont accept any of my information and now I have to return to the bank to update it. I also have a new phone number so that's great. I wonder if theyll let me keep my money in their bank so they can use it to let people borrow off of and then not let me access it since they dont know my phone number and my license expired 2 weeks ago. Hmmm what a joke I'm buying a safe and a lot of guns.

I have had Tinker since 1997 and unfortunately since they have not figured out a way to support customers from experiencing multiple attempts of fraud I am going to have to close my account. Other banking institutions I work with would not let 10 duplicate charges go through your account. How much bigger does the red flag have to be. In addition to that other institutions refund your money immediately while fighting fraud. Meanwhile Tinker wants you to wait weeks to get your money back as of that is acceptable. Its nothing like getting violated twice. I'm done. Now have to go through the lengthy process of switching over all accounts and bills connected with Tinker but in the end it seems like it will be worth it.

I have a Capital One checking and savings account that I like much better than my TFCU accounts, not to mention the night and day comparison on apps. I keep my TFCU open though because there are no physical Capital One branches near me. However, TFCU'S weekday hours are less than useless to those of us with jobs. Maybe I should just take the plunge and switch to completely online banking with Capital One...

Went in to assist my eight-four year old father with a transaction, I've also been a member for over thirty-five years, with that being said I was not wearing a mask due to a medical issue and AVP/Branch Manager Cindy Akin approached me telling me about the mandate and telling me wear the mask or I'll call 911, again told her I had a health issue, she was not concerned when I told her in the mandate it clearly states medical issues are exempt from the mandate, that's when she told me "AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED YOU ARE NOT A MEMBER" again been one for over thirty-five years, She comes at me with I'll call 911 you will wear the mask....as a woman walks past her with her mask on her chin, I'm pretty sure they have cameras in the bank have already contacted the branch office about her verbal attack and unprofessional actions, even one of the employees apoligized for "Karens" tantrum, employee stated "it's a power thing with her"
