I walked in with my 2 granddaughters and no one greeted us after sitting there for 5 minutes someone finally came and asked if what we needed and then were told that no 1 was available for them and I saw stylist sitting down that weren't doing anything

Beautifully clean salon. Joanne is my to go to lady to have my haircut. Have always gotten a great cut and she is very friendly and knowledgeable. Good parking area and nice neighborhood.

This is an established shop with seasoned, long term stylists. My wife has been going to this shop for 10 years and I notice a very similar clientele sitting in the chairs. I use my wife's time in the chair to prowl the antique shops on 39th street in Bethany.

I had long "virgin" hair and decided to get my hair cut and colored here. My appointment was at 4 and I didn't leave until 730-8 at night. The hair dye stayed in my hair for an hour or longer. It looked okay afterward but you couldn't even notice I had color in my hair. I wanted a natural hombre look...I could hardly see the color difference! It really didn't even look like I had color in my hair. To make things worse the hair dye stayed in my hair so long that It actually fried my hair and I had to cut six inches off of my hair. I don't blow dry and straighten my hair Unless it's a special occasion. The stylist ruined my hair. I went here for 2 years and made the mistake of coloring my hair. I am now going to anew stylist. Never again going here.
