They were Amazing. I came here desperately hoping to get answers and get things fixed on my car while I was pregnant with my first child. It was verrrryyy hot outside my car was messing up very much and I don’t remember his name at the moment but he was a blessing fixing my car then my ac starting working again and stop making a loud noise. If things are going wrong with your car take it here they are very welcoming and just plain out honest.

Every time my car even so much as saw a bump in the road my car made a thud noise. I'd taken it to several mechanics over the years and was told everything was tight, fine, etc. I took my car to Simmons and he located the problem, Sway Bar Link on the Front, Stabilizer Bar Control Link. Removed and replaced both sides. They also changed the oil and filter. The problem is solved. Thank you Simmons Auto Service. The price was so reasonable. I'm so grateful I have a place I can rely on and trust to repair my car. It's nice to have one less worry about who to trust with my car.

Simmons saved our family road trip. We had a significant brake problem on July 4th while in OKC visiting family and friends at the start of a long family road trip. We had our vehicle towed to Simmons and they were able to fix the problem the next day, so we didn't miss a beat on our trip. They provided quick, friendly, and honest service when we needed it the most.

This is a great place to get your vehicles worked on…they are very affordable and flexible with appointments and courteous…many places profess to have integrity and character in business but I’ve found these people to be quiet Christian Professionals in their dealings!!Thank you for a refreshing business atmosphere,Blessings

I would never use Simmons Auto again nor would I refer anyone to them. I took my car to them because I needed a new engine. They indeed changed that but when I got my car back, ALL of the lights on the dashboard were flashing and they never go off, my GAS GAUGE DOES NOT WORK which is so dangerous because I now do not know how much gas is in my car. Nothing was wrong with my car before I took it to them except the engine! Paul told me he would be reaching out to me once he got the parts in to fix it because it was "just a sensor issue" and do you think that he ever called? NOPE. It's been months now. I spend over $4,000 CASH for my service. I even had to have my dad go in the shop because I felt like they were taking advantage of me because I am a female. I even had to threaten them that I would be getting a lawyer. I would give 0 stars if I could.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

Took my car to them twice. Once they simply added oil, but didn’t determine why it was burning oil quickly. The second time there was a check engine light on and other issues, they never actually diagnosed the problem, just reset the code and told me it was fixed. Was unable to drive in less than a day after picking it up. Will never use them again.Service: Check engine light diagnostic
