Ron and his staff are true professionals! I used their services for the first time about a month ago, in mid-April 2024, to have a fraternity blazer monogrammed. The turnaround time was about a week after I dropped off the blazer. I was very pleased Ron asked me to email him how I wanted the blazer (along with Fraternity Shield) monogrammed. While visiting his business, I noticed other sororities' and fraternities' paraphernalia he was working on, which let me know I was in the right place!
Again, I am grateful to Ron and his staff; he has my business in the future! God bless Ron's Sports World!

We have been working with Ron’s on a custom All State jacket. Service was incredible along with the final product. Staff communicated well and worked to ensure we were 100% satisfied!Would recommend every time!!!!

We went to Ron’s for years, but they were recently bought out. Since then, new owners take no accountability for mistakes, gave my son’s team all the wrong gear, and when we tried to get refunds or new items, they were helpful at all. We’ll be going to Greg’s or looking online for a new vendor.

My son’s baseball team put in an order for new uniforms 2 months ago. We only have 6 more games left in the season and they are still no where close to being done. We have been given many excuses as to why but are getting told different ones every week. Instead of them offering alternatives or solutions or at least letting us know what we ordered was out of their reach, they are refusing to give us a refund ($100 per uniform) or a discount for the issue. We have 3 new players that are still wearing white T-shirts on the field when we ordered before the season even started!

Horrible customer service and zero communication. Our youth baseball team placed an order for uniforms in March. We paid for our uniform in full. It is now the end of May with no uniforms received. First they said the belt was broken on the machine and then they said there was an issue with supplies. They are refusing to refund us our money. The baseball season is almost over and our kids still don't have a uniform. I will never do business with Ron's again and I will tell everyone in the area to avoid this business and their poor customer service. $100 bucks gone!

Highly recommend staying away from this place. Ordered TWO custom jerseys paid upfront and even paid an extra $50 for a “rush fee” they guaranteed the jerseys to be completed within a week, we needed them by Friday we placed the order on Wednesday of the previous week, almost $300 later for two jerseys and again was promised they would be done by Friday following. I specifically chose this company because of this guarantee if I pay the extra it would be done. Call Friday and they tell me they still aren’t done but they will be later that day, called back later that day then it was gonna be a little after they close so I told them I’d pick them up the following day sat. Here it is say I show up to get my jerseys no one is there despite stating on the voicemail they are open until 4. No one will answer my calls no one called to tell us they were not going to be there. I am now out $300 for two jerseys. Absolutely disgusting. I have never been more upset with a company especially when we paid up front. They will not answer calls does not communicate etc. recommend staying away

If you ever want to get any embroidery done, please please please save your time and go somewhere better. I took an item of mine to get customed since FEBRUARY- I checked in to see if there was any progress done, and they STILL have not even begun the embroidery….. and it’s been over a month; I was told it would be done around 4weeks… anyways, I highly recommend “Fast Stitch” and they are more friendly and respectful!

I have purchased team logo equipment directly from the kids teams, but I had to get sizing and get the equipment myself this time. Overall great experience.Great customer service and wealth of knowledge. Would recommend over the chain stores in the area to anyone in need.

Lacked in taking responsibility for their mistakes on a order I put in. They said they would call when ready and never did. I had to call. went to go pick up my order and it was completely wrong. They didn’t offer any concession or apologize for their mistake.
