The owner personally went to the location, picked up the art, had a crate built to ensure it would arrive without damage, packaged and shipped my item and it arrived in 2 days. The communication was excellent. I received pictures of my purchase the day it was picked up, the crate; and the packaged crate before shipment. The owner followed up to make sure the package arrived. They were able to insure the shipment for the amount needed. This was the best, personalized experience I have had with a shipping company.”
