We love our new backyard from PMH. We had a vision of how we wanted it to look, and they were literally able to make it happen. As with any major construction project, things can and will go wrong. That's just reality, especially with multiple crews and projects. But anything that did go wrong, PMH was quick to fix and correct it. That's what has impressed me the most. That's hard to find these days. Weather was a big part of that, but everything turned out beautiful. We are so happy with it. Thankyou Randy, and Kevin for working so hard to make us happy and for giving us something unique and special. Thanks to all of the hard working crews too. I feel like the Rhines are part of the PMH family now.

3 month update, have they reached out about my concerns or problems, Nope. Appears if you have issues they don't follow through... Will update if it changes.I have been wanting to build out a nice back porch for years. I thought I had found a company that would build it and perfect my backyard the way I wanted it. Sadly to say that is not what happened. The end result is satisfactory but it definitely did not turn out how I would have liked it to.Would I recommend, I am not sure. The craftsman are amazing, PMH company left a lot to be desired and has left me with issues that I will have to address or hire someone else to fix.1. Communication was horrible to say the least. Unless they were looking for money, then it was stellar. Did the final walkthrough and was told what the final amount would be. Gave them the check and not even 24 hours later came back and said they had made a mistake and that what I gave them, as I was informed by them, was not in fact the final amount.2. My project manager was not good. Any concern I had was always met with the standard response, that is how it is done or that isn't going to be an issue. By the end of the project he was rude and unprofessional. I should have asked for someone else earlier on but I didn't trust my gut...3. The attached pavilion for some reason does not match the pitch of my roof. I pointed that out while it was being built and they said that it was the pitch they build it at even though pictures on here appear to show higher pitches and their own forms show they build it between 1 and 12 and my roof falls between that range. Went to their office twice to try to get an answer for this and I just got the canned response, we will look into it. Two months later, still no answer...4. Beware if you are doing an outdoor kitchen and have a blaze grill put in, which is what they recommended I use. If it is not protected by your house or some other structure and the wind blows to the back of it, the large opening in the back (2" height) will actually push the heat from the grill down and have it come out from the bottom making the grill useless. There is a large opening underneath the grill that is unfinished looking and I am sure it doesn't help my wind issue. When I asked about this problem they never heard of this issue, so I have a $2500 grill that I can only use on calm days.5. Concrete was not poured with a slope or enough of a slope to the north so I have an unwanted pond between my fireplace and retaining wall that drains very slowly. Picture is over 24 hours after it stopped raining. There are a lot of other little things but they almost all go back to points 1 & 2.Not everything was bad. I did not have an issue with any of the craftsman that came out. They were amazing. Very nice to talk to and work with. I truly cannot compliment them enough!Pavilion construction was top notch. The woodworking and finishing are all amazing and looks really good. The masonry for my firepit, fireplace and kitchen were all really well done. The TV box was mounted nicely and securely into my fireplaceThe retaining wall was really well built and they were able to put in some really nice stairs in the middle of my back porch that leads up to my backyard.

Lacey & Kayley were not just friendly, they were extremely knowledgeable, too. This was the third place we'd been to, and it was the last. We're buying the perfect hot tub thanks to these two ladies!

PMH was referred to us by some friends who had a pool and pavilion put in. We were looking for a company that could do all the things that we were wanting and not have to go through several companies for different things. We got the new guy at the time, Kevin Jennings ( no relation ) and we are sooooo happy we did!! LOVED getting update texts that started with “ Good morning family”! Make sure to ask for Kevin as your project manager you won’t be disappointed. Overall we are so very happy with the end result! All the contractors were exceptional in their craft and we loved talking with everyone! If we had questions of how they did something they were always willing to tell us. This was our first construction project so we asked all the questions one could ask! There were a few hiccups but that’s to be expected with construction as I have learned. We have already enjoyed nights under the pavilion and days in the pool. Thanks for making a AMAZING space that we will be able to enjoy family and friends for a lifetime!Service: New construction services

We had our concrete patio extended along with a pergola built. The process went very smoothly and once the work had begun it was done a few days. Highly recommended!
